Negativ oplevelse: I came to the studio for my first class at this studio and told them it was my first time, but the yoga instructor was not friendly or welcoming. She didn’t show me around, didn’t explain anything, and didn’t make any effort to be approachable. I’ve been practicing yoga for 8 years in different studios, so this really stood out to me. The yoga itself was fine, and they have plenty of props. The studio looks new. However, the room was extremely cold, as if the heating was turned off. I honestly don’t know how anyone can practice yoga in such a cold space. Another day, I signed up for a class and received an SMS one hour before saying the class was cancelled. That has never happened to me at any other yoga studio. Even with fewer people, classes usually don’t get cancelled.

Negativ oplevelse: Super søde yoga-instrukturer, og nogle udemærket timer her og der. Vær dog opmærksom på at selve kulturen og livsfilosofien vedr. yoga er glemt, blandt dem som foundede det - det er mere et fitness center, end et yoga-studie, da de har glemt menneskesynet (især hvis man har et mindre fysisk-handikap, kan stedet ikke anbefales).

Fantastisk oplevelse: I had a fantastic experience at this studio during my time in Copenhagen! The studio offers a wide variety of classes to suit different preferences and schedules: I could always find a class that fit into my day. The teachers here are truly amazing. They created a welcoming and nurturing environment that made each session a joy. I particularly enjoyed classes with Mary -with whom I took my first ever yoga class an made me fall in love with it- and ballet with Viktoria. If you're looking for a yoga (& more) studio in Copenhagen that offers great options and exceptional instructors, I highly recommend this place!

Fantastisk oplevelse: Great studio with competent teachers, a wide selection of classes and good vibes. Always leave the place feeling full of energy. Can highly recommend.

Negativ oplevelse: It would be ok if classes were in English - for non Danes which the surroundings neighborhoods are full of, there are simply too few options in English.
