Negativ oplevelse: WARNING!!!! DON'T SIGN UP. This company does not know any sh*t about customer service. When you need help they refer to the website contract form and promise 48h response time, but takes up to 5 days without any response. If you are transferred to their 3rd party which does neither respond to phone calls or email. They will eventually put you into INCASSO or RKI. The personnel in this and a couple other centers, I have visited, are arrogant and snobbish and unwilling to resolve issues. All they do all day is to talk to their friends and typing on their phones.

Just to clarify, on our website we state that we normally respond within 2 business days, but that response times can occasionally be longer. We do not guarantee a 48-hour response time, though we always aim to reply as quickly as possible.
We also take your concerns regarding communication, billing, and staff behaviour seriously, as this is not the experience we want our members to have.
Regarding billing and external partners, matters such as debt collection are never initiated without prior communication and reminders, but we take your concern seriously and would like to review your case specifically.

Negativ oplevelse: EKSTREMT slidt center! De fleste maskiner mangler enten grip på håndtagene, eller olie på kablerne. De hæver prisen med 25% og kan ikke engang investere i nye maskiner. Jeg har nu gået der i over tre år, og ingen af maskinerne bliver skiftet ud. Kvaliteten af maskinerne er som et slidt forstads fitness center…

Negativ oplevelse: Virker som et godt nok center men de fleste maskiner der er for gamle og diversiteten er ret dårlig for styrke træning når man sammenligner med andre centre som puregym som også er billigere.

Negativ oplevelse: Most unreliable Sportclub - dont sign up (!) *update* they are responding with no response as mentioned below here - its a complete lie! NEVER SIGN UP!!! They only write - that the price is communicated and if you don't agree than cancel your membership - good bye POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! Most unreliable Sportclub - it's dirty never cleaned properly and THEY RAISE MEMBERSHIP with an absurt amount which is even ILLEGALLY - every year out of proportion percentage. DONT SIGN UP!!! And the customer service is worse - they don't take anyone or anything serious - it's only due to their strong position in the market they can do this...... Be aware before signing anything(!)!()!()!()!()!) And than this response of them below (is at Trustpilot); I have contacted the company for 6(!) years and the only solution they give is either your accept or we terminate your membership Don’t believe any word of what they say! It’s a trap!!! No response ever - bút text messages if you don’t pay within 48h you will get a fine…. And creasing membership with more than 20% each year - more than 300% increase in 5,5 year is NOT a reasonable or legally approved increase/ adjustment - it’s out of proportion and terrible! Especially in regards to the service level, dirtiness and unsafe situations in the sauna (benches literally broke down (mind you my weight is 51kg) and their response; oh we will have a look have a good day?!?!)

Positiv oplevelse: Overall, a good gym. Especially since the renovation. Yet, new 2026 prices combined with half of running treadmills not working (everyone to cut half way their effort because running club starting with so few machines), low quality of answers when asking when it will be repaired… are these resolutions for new year @sats ?

We do understand your frustration regarding the treadmill availability. Having several machines out of order is not the experience we want our members to have. We are working on getting everything back to full capacity as quickly as possible.

Negativ oplevelse: Prices keep going up to ridiculous amounts and worse of all, it's always crowded. I guess there's no alternative around. This is really not a premium gym as the price might want to signal. With the new renovation at least it's not dirty as it once was...

Negativ oplevelse: Det er bemærkelsesværdigt, hvordan en renovering kan gøre et træningscenter dårligere end før – men SATS har på forunderlig vis formået netop det. Centret fremstår hverken moderne eller brugervenligt. Et særligt lavpunkt findes i mændenes bruseområde, hvor vandtrykket er så lavt, at det føles som en joke. Det er vanskeligt at tage konceptet “træningsoplevelse” seriøst, når selv noget så basalt som en bruser ikke fungerer tilfredsstillende. Priserne, derimod, er fortsat i premiumklassen – hvilket står i skærende kontrast til den oplevelse, man får som medlem (jeg har været medlem siden 2013). Når man sammenligner med træningscentre i vores nabolande – eller sågar blot andre kæder herhjemme – bliver det tydeligt, at SATS halter langt bagefter både på kvalitet, innovation og kundeoplevelse. SATS har i årevis markedsført sig som et moderne og professionelt træningsunivers. Desværre virker det efterhånden mere som en illusion, hvor navnet er det eneste, der signalerer kvalitet – indholdet matcher desværre ikke til prisen er det uacceptabelt.

Når vi renoverer og ændrer noget, er det naturligvis altid for at sikre, at vores medlemmer har de bedste faciliteter, udstyr og omgivelser til deres træning. Samtidig med at vi bestræber vi os på at give jer medlemmer den bedste kundeoplevelse.

Fantastisk oplevelse: A good training center. The one problem is that they stop Body Attack program from 1st of January, so there are just a few classes to enjoy it The replacement, Cardio Energy, is alas far from being on par with Body Attack.

We’re happy to hear that you enjoy training at our center
We completely understand that it is frustrating, when one of your favorite classes is discontinued. Unfortunately, we’ve had challenges finding enough certified instructors to to keep the class on the schedule. That’s why we’ve decided to make room for other, similar group training concepts.
I’d like to add that we still offer a wide variety of other group classes at SATS, which many members enjoy, and all of our former BODYATTACK fans are more than welcome to join them! I would recommend trying Cardio Energy, Crosstraining or BodyCombat, all of which are high-energy workouts combining cardio and strength. While we know they aren’t identical to BODYATTACK, they still include many of the same elements of cardio and strenght training.
We’d love to see some of your great energy spread across the rest of our classes

Negativ oplevelse: Old Equipment,small and really full. From 16-19 there are teams and no room upstairs not enough bars and almost no room to strech. Disappointed!

Negativ oplevelse: Gammelt dårligt udstyr, ekstremt uorganiserede dumbells, småt med rigtig mange mennesker kombineret med få maskiner, rare mennesker i receptionen dog.

Negativ oplevelse: Prices go up every year, and service goes down consistently. The machines and gym equipment is super old and often out of service or broken, toilets and showers are often dirty, the cardio room is always smelling awful, with no possibility to open a window. I pay 559 kr/month for this. Do better.

Negativ oplevelse: En af de mest populære adresser og kun 4 platforme med racks. En konkurrerende kæde til Sats - jeg skal ikke sige hvilken, men den rimer på UrGym - er der op mod 10 platforme i alle større centre. Generelt er her godt udstyr og badefaciliteterne er lækre. #60mininthegym45ofthatissho.. Fint center at træne i, men i forhold til pris og udbytte får det ikke mange stjerner

Positiv oplevelse: very good location and training facilities. However, the dry sauna there is a misunderstanding. people don't use towels there. They sit directly on the boards. the bench is stained and wet. everything flows to the floor, where it accumulates in a puddle of what came out and flowed from the sweating bodies. it's not hard to imagine it a disgusting and stinking experience.

Negativ oplevelse: Gamle slidte maskiner, mangel på plads, dårlig rengøring (især i omklædningsrummet samt badene), mangel på nyt udstyr, for få stationer til øvelser med barbell. Til den her pris er det virkelig vildt at det ikke bliver renoveret.

Negativ oplevelse: If you are looking for the worst gym in Copenhagen, you will find it here. bad service, and if you are going to train with your partner or friends who know something more than you in the world of fitness some of the staff will feel threatened to the point of rudely interrupting your training to tell you that you can't do PT in the gym. It is unfortunate that they focus their job in ruin your experience. I think I haven’t seen such a bad gym in any part of the world. They doesn’t focus in the client experience at any point. They just take your money and give you bad quality.

Negativ oplevelse: I just absolutely despise their system even more after trying to opt out. It's the start of May, but I have to keep paying for another two months just to get out of the subscription, which I haven't used in months. Also FYI - if you want to pause your membership they will continue charing you 50DKK/month to keep it on pause. You can't pause for more than 2 months without doctor's sign. Just ridiculous, they will do anything they can to suck out every penny of you. Please go find a gym elsewhere, this is just horrible. THIS IS MY REVIEW FROM BEFORE (still true tho) Underwhelming. SATS has the reputation of being a bit of an upper-class gym according to the pricing compared to other gyms, but in reality it’s filthy. Mold, dirt, outdated equipment…. The workout areas are not thought of to make them comfortable.

Negativ oplevelse: Meget slidt og brugt center de får ikke gjort ordentlig rent, gamle maskiner, de er ofte ude af drift, ingen sauna, ingen damp mere!
Negativ oplevelse: A few stars for a nice location, however the place itself is dirty, machines are old / out of order, it’s lacking equipment and floor spacing (they rather want to sell clothes than utilize space for actual fitness equipment for us to work with). Cannot recommend

Positiv oplevelse: Good gym. Good sauna. The only improvement for me would be a cold shower or plunge pool. I do barbel weights and cannot attest too far other facilities as I do not use them.
Negativ oplevelse: They simply dont clean this place enough. It needs an extremely thorough cleaning and much much more regular cleaning. I will omit the pictures from the showers. Seriously, especially in the age of hygiene!

Negativ oplevelse: The locations is spot on, but unfortunately it feels like it is missing some things like - elastic bands, sand bags, proper station for hip thrusts. If there are some classes on the 2nd floor, it is hard to get to the barbells and do a workout there. Working hours, expecially on the weekend feels too short. Overall, it is OK, but it feels that I am paying too much for what I am getting out from it.
Negativ oplevelse: There is never a trainer around for you to ask questions about some exercise. I've been to the reception on 3 different days looking for some advice and there was no trainer available.
Positiv oplevelse: Edited after a recent visit post renovation. I am loving the new space and especially the new equipment. The whole thing is laid out better and able to fit a lot more. This includes a much larger sauna now that they have renovated the locker room and replaced the steam room that they shut down a long time ago. The rest of the feedback applies to this location but also to every other SATS location that I have worked out at. Maintenance can be slow sometimes on the machines when they break. I feel like if they maintained them better, like routine lubrication say, they would break down less often. Rule enforcement is lax, like making patrons wipe off the machines after they use them. But this place is drastically improved post renovation.

Regarding the classes on the second-floor gym area, we understand that can limit space and that the music isn’t always to everyone’s taste. You can always check the schedule for our calsses and plan you workout in advance, with that said we will of course forward your feedback regarding this to the relevant department.

Positiv oplevelse: Rigtig godt fitness center, kommer der hver dag. Alt materiel er tip top, god betjening, venligt personale, mange maskiner og muligheder for træning. Eneste som holder mig fra 5 stjerner er det evindelige autotunede intetsigende top 40 pop playliste der er det eneste de må spille for deres corporate masters; den giver mig spat. Ville være bedre hvis der bare var stilhed og lyden af grynt og tunge løft.
Fantastisk oplevelse: Love working out here. Lots of machines for cardio and lifting weights. Not so many people during off hours.

Negativ oplevelse: Stygt beskidte omklædningsrum, toiletter og maskiner. Og det gælder de fleste af deres centre. Og glem alt om air conditioning. Virkelig ringe værdi for pengene.

Negativ oplevelse: I like fitness Dk but NOT this location. I will never go back there. They don't staff enough people during busy hours. The equipment is OK, not the best. The fitness room is too small for the demand of people trying to take classes especially during after work hours. The staff at the reception area are not very friendly and they seem overworked. The gym is kinda dark and dingy.

Positiv oplevelse: Fint center, men efterhånden noget slidt, og vedligehold kan ikke følge med. Ofte maskiner ude af drift, maskiner som kører dårligt, og en del smådefekt tilbehør. Trænger til en gennemgang og udskiftning.
Positiv oplevelse: My favorite gym in Copenhagen! Weights are hanging on the racks (don't know if it's people behaving well or thanks to the staff). Nice changing room and sauna. I usually go off peak hours when there are less people.
