CrossFit YAY ist ein beliebter Ort für Fitnessbegeisterte in Berlin, wo sich Mitglieder in einer freundlichen und familiären Atmosphäre wohlfühlen. Die Trainer sind kompetent und motiviert, was zu qualitativ hochwertigen und abwechslungsreichen Workouts führt, die auf verschiedene Fitnesslevel abgestimmt sind. Die maximal 8 Personen pro Klasse ermöglichen eine individuelle Betreuung, die den Fortschritt garantiert.
Besucher haben die coole Musik, die gute Ausstattung und das saubere Ambiente der Box gelobt. Sebbo, der Inhaber, ist bekannt für seine freundliche Persönlichkeit und seine Fähigkeit, eine motivierende Trainingsumgebung zu schaffen.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich trainiere seit ein paar Monaten bei CrossFit Yay und bin super zufrieden! Die Trainer sind kompetent und die Gruppen klein (maximal 8 Personen/WOD), was die Trainingsqualität hoch hält. Jeden Monat gibt es einen festen Trainingsplan, der sich auf bestimmte Übungen/Muskelgruppen konzentriert. So sind Fortschritte nach regelmäßiger Teilnahme garantiert! Die Box wird mit viel Herzblut geführt >> I❤️Yay!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I tried out a lot of boxes in Berlin and this is the best one! A lot of thought is put into the programming to make it fun, balanced and scaleable. The coaches, owner and community are lovely people. The equipment is kept clean and tidy: colour coded and everything has its place ❤️

Fantastische Erfahrung: Wie waren als Qualitrain DropIn da. Einen Tag vorher angerufen, mit dem Owner den Termin abgesprochen und am nächsten Tag trainiert. Hier findet man eine kleine, mit Liebe eingerichtete Box. Der Owner ist mit seinem Berliner Dialekt sofort sympathisch. Die Member haben uns alle direkt und super freundlich empfangen. Die Box ist gerade für Qualitrain User definitiv ein Besuch wert. Aber auch für alle anderen ein kleiner geheim Tipp!

Fantastische Erfahrung: The box is fully equipped with all the tools (belts, deeps bar, sandbags, etc). I did there my personal powerlifting program for one week, and it was perfect. Clean and comfortable. Totally recommended

Fantastische Erfahrung: Loving the experience so far! It's a small, cosy space. Because of the booking system, it's not usually crowded and there's enough room for the workouts. The workout variations are good and the coach I have interacted with, Sebbo, is friendly and takes time to explain the forms.
