Fantastische Erfahrung: The day can be very rainy, unbalanced, or stressful at times. Then I'm really looking forward to the yoga class. Once a week, and that for almost 9 years now, I come home completely relaxed and balanced after the intensive and varied yoga class. And even during pregnancy, I was shown alternative asanas. The yoga studio is highly recommended.
