Thank you so much for sharing your experience — we completely understand how upsetting it must be to have your class cancelled last-minute, especially when you’ve planned your day around it. We’re truly sorry for the disruption and disappointment this caused.

Our queer & trans yoga class is incredibly important to us, and we’re so grateful that it matters to you, too. To be transparent, we do require a minimum of two participants in order to hold the class, and in the last two weeks, that threshold wasn’t met. We recognize how disheartening that can feel, especially when this space is meant to offer safety, connection, and support.

While we won’t be able to change our policy, we always try to give as much notice as possible when a class can’t go ahead. If you’re booked for next weekend, we truly hope the numbers are there — we’d love to welcome you in.

Dear Will, thank you for the feedback. Actually we offered you to take another class and even enrolled you into the class you asked and we also wrote that in the email AND you attended the class after writing this review. You also purchased another 5 class card which is great but we remind you there is an expiration date for it as well, just as in any other studios.

As for your technical problems you experienced, you could have contacted us at any time and we would have been able to help, we are always very responsive and quick. However you decided not to do so for over 3 months, which was the last class you took with us.

We are very sorry you feel this way, but when you give a review on google please try to be accurate, especially when it comes to small businesses.
