Negative experience: DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM CHAIN. Cancellation of membership made days prior to end of contract and still waiting a month later for them to cancel it. Can’t speak to anyone except at gym location to cancel and they are completely useless at helping. Gym has taken 2 months membership fees despite cancelation request. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Fantastic experience: The gym is big and spacious , but l hate that there’s no mats, and l don’t seem to loose weight l need some help …. We need more equipment , even two big tires ( truck tires ) . Thanks to Faraaz from the reception for being helpful …..

The facilities are modern, spacious, and always clean, with a great variety of equipment for both strength training and cardio. Negative experience: Ok so this gym is the biggest scam ive ever seen , first of all youbsignin with them for a year then they keep charging you after , second they confirmed for me twice that i can pay in cash and even gave me a reciept and then after i trying to go another branch they say cash payments didnt reflect on the system and youll have to pay 2 months settlements in order to join the gym the acciuntant literally told me i can just complain in the court , please be cautious with them

Positive experience: Great state of the art gym, really wonderfull staff. Only complaint is gym dumbells and plates aren't organised. Hard to find the dumbell/plate you're looking for when everyone else isn't returning them to the correct place and order. Gym should put strict rules.

Negative experience: Very bad customer service, no one will help you if you keep your card with them be sure every month until you last day in your life they will deduct even you inform them that you get transfer to other city Really it's unfair that you can't take your rights from them

Negative experience: The gym is amazing, but exiting the contract has been an absolute nightmare. I informed the gym in writing after my contract ended that I did not want to continue with the summation and my contract should terminated, however they continued to deducted my account. Contacted each time my account was deducted to let they know they are still deducting, but no response. Finally, they decided to pay attention to my requests they suggested to give me access to gym facility for equivalent to the months of they deducted. I told them I want the cash back and don't want to use the facility. They are now back to ghosting me. It's really been a frustrating journey with their service staff in this regard
