UFC GYM Business Bay

Positive experience: Very classy place, classy crowd, but sometimes small to accommodate everyone, Parking is nice, location is not the best, when I think of a gym, I wanna see a swimming pool too, which lacks here, but group classes are amazing, just wish timings were suitable for my available times, student price is great, full price is not worth it.

Fantastic experience: Different from the other gyms I went too. They have more variety of classes, ranging from yoga to kick boxing. And yes! they have an Octagon inside!

UFC gym offers highly professional and supportive environment for fitness enthusiasts. There is a variety of classes that helped me level up my fitness level. The coaches are just amazing and very dedicated and the equipments are very good. Also, customer service is exceptional, with staff members known for their friendliness and willingness to assist. Especially Cindy, she is very responsive, helpful and always smiling! I love her positive energy. She rocks!!

Fantastic experience: Coach Fayoza leveled up my physique and strengt in just 3 months. She changed and adjusted my diet and training routine. Therefore I chose to continue for another 3 months and I'm extremely thankful for the results. My overall results: -12% of body fat, +7kg of muscle mass, my dream of 150kg bench press overall lifting weights increased by around 30%. I'm incredibly happy with our achievements. Fantastic experience: Fantastic and friendly employees, completely different to UFC Silicon Oasis where Ms. Yana tries to block you from entering the gym if you are a Platinum or ADV + member and the kids are not allowed to train combat sport from one day to the other. Even so UFC BB is an older gym, you will find anything you need for weight training. Even the kids are welcome for combat training. Love you guys, you are good, don't become like the staff and management in UFC Silicon Oasis.

Positive experience: Good Stuff: Great Classes: The HIIT class with Fayoza is amazing. Highly recommend it! Personal Training: Training with Matija is top-notch. He really puts in effort. Not-So-Good: Dirty and Unreliable Showers: Showers are often dirty. Plus, the water is never cold enough & water pressure barely high enough to properly shower. Broken Machines: Lots of machines don’t work, which is frustrating. Too Crowded: The gym gets super crowded from 6-9 PM. It’s hard to enjoy your workout. Overall: You’re paying more for the brand. The gym has great classes and some good trainers but needs to fix its cleanliness and crowding issues. Think about it before you join.

Fantastic experience: I'm old. Gyms are often ageist places but I love this gym. Staff are wonderful, it's got all the equipment u could need in a big, airy space . I got over my shyness and got some boxing lessons with Coach Ben and it's the most fun I've had vertically in years. I've been to lots of gyms in Dubai but this is my current fave.

Fantastic experience: Love the classes here! Especially BJJ classes! The coaches (Lidio, Marcio & Raphael), has been nothing but supportive and helpful. They’re very patient and attentive. They would always give helpful feedback/advices. For a petite woman like me, Coach Lidio & Marcio at times, would give helpful techniques that works best for my body type. The entire team is very helpful too!! My entire UFC experience has been great. Been a member for over a year now. They offer a lot of classes. Definitely helped me in my fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: Top notch gym and especially jiu jitsu classes. Great coaches, I would like to especially point out coach Marcio - very patient and gradually increases the complexity skill level. Lots of sparring (although could always be more;)). The only issue I have is the classes could start a bit later.

Positive experience: Great gym, amazing equipment, really cool boxing bag zone for a lot of people at the same time and group classes to go with it. Pretty good schedule, but unsure why no morning classes after 7.30 am.. Coach Sean was great, motivating and friendly, Zach in sales was great in finding the offer and being attentive and helpful. You warm up to Srdjan and his classes are challenging enough to be worth coming back for. Ben’s Fight Fit was surprisingly fun and difficult but it took me a month+ to find a description of what Fight Fit class is (UFC Egypt has a good description, not sure why UFC Dubai does not). Coach Amine, though, is the most demotivated and demotivating coach I have ever seen, and I’ve been in the sport for years: he explains nothing, he corrects no one, stands in one place and stares into nowhere after giving a combination and making people do the same thing for 5 minutes, even if people are doing it horribly wrong and/or hurting themselves, then a 2-minute push up round which no one can do and no one really does, while again he still just stands and does nothing. Doesn’t matter if there are 25 people in the group or 5. Lockers are nice and big, though the reception team needs to have more keys to give out; changing room is spacious but showers and restroom are due a renovation (all trash cans in the gym and changing rooms need to be replaced asap, they’re horrible and it costs nothing to buy new ones), and the sauna smells like a public toilet.. Overall I enjoy the gym, but you need to avoid Amine, the showers, the sauna, and come to the gym knowing how to box, and then you’ll like it. But then I’m wishing the gym all the best and hoping they make the changes to address the above (which shouldn’t be too hard) and become a 5-star gym like they should be.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, all the equipment needed, staff really friendly and the coaches are all really nice and professional. I tried a boxing class with coach Amine and it was amazing ! He was taking care of everyone and correcting the technique. His classes are really intense and you sweat a lot ! I highly recommend him

Fantastic experience: Great gym, with a wide variety of classes all week (boxing, kickboxing, BJJ, DUT...) Kickboxing conditioning classes are great for people looking to improve their cardio and muscle condition while taking out some steam, highly recommend the ones with coach Amine.

From yoga, to boxing and MMA the gyms offers a very professional yet friendly environment ideal for businessmen/women but also for families and kids. The vibe in the gym is fantastic, it’s a big family and you will be treated as such. Shoutout to Nirab at the desk/sales, my fav instructors Serjan and Amin, and the man who gets me recharged after every training with his amazing protein smoothies Edwin… amazing human beings! Strongly suggest to try this gym.

Fantastic experience: Me and my Wife were amazed by the UFC Gym at Business Bay the first time we were here, we were expecting it as a normal gym but it isn’t. The staff and coaches are very accommodating and friendly. The coaches are professional MMA fighters. They have complete Equipments for workout and trainings. There’s lot of classes you can choose from, Boxing, wrestling, MuayThai, Kick boxing, Yoga etc. And My Favorite is the Brasillian Jiu Jitsu Class.OSS!!!!:). Fantastic experience: This is the best gym in Dubai hands down. All the coaches that they have and the staff are very professional. The group classes are the best and very high intensity, I have lost a lot of weight since I joined this gym and big thanks to the sales guy Nirab for helping with the process and specially coach Sasha and Srdjan for changing my life for the better.

Fantastic experience: This is hands down the best gym in the area, hybrid facility for both fitness and combat training or mma. Management, admin and fitness staff are all some of the finest in town. Lost 28kg in 5 months working out with Sasha there, currently regularly attending insanity classes with Sasha and Muai Thai classes with Amine with which I can see massive and quick improvement on my strength, stamina and technique. I could ramble on and on about the gym and staff forever so I better stop here

Fantastic experience: I have been an on & off member of UFC since 2019, the gym facilities are perfect for a mix of body building/weight lifting, fitness and MMA sports. The variety of classes is also very good. The most important part of my experience is my personal classes with Amine Nifaoui, he is a great coach who builds a very good rapport with clients. He offers an amazing set of technical skills and knowledge in the different types of MMA, kickboxing, boxing, etc. he is always proactive and keen that I get the maximum benefit from my sessions and he is also keen to know my ultimate objective and put a plan to achieve my goals. I recommend Amine as a personal coach as he will change your mindset and ensure that fitness and sports becomes an important part of your life!

Fantastic experience: I joined UFC November 2020 with the help of membership specialist Faiq. It has been more than one year I am fully enjoying UFC GYM it has helped me a lot to improve my fitness goal. All the instructors I have trained with till now has been exceptionally great. I will also like to mention my boxing personal trainer Sean who has helped me a lot this year to improve my skills as well as my fitness level. The friendly cheerfulness of the ufc environment will not allow always pull you to the gym. A consistency which I was looking for.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending UFC's kickboxing, boxing and fight fit classes for almost two years now and I have absolutely been loving them! Especially after COVID, booking classes has become so much easier and convenient. UFC GYM provides fitness and MMA-inspired workouts including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, Fight Fit, and Daily Ultimate Training which is functional fitness, bootcamp style full-body workout. They encourage people to achieve their goals through their Train Different approach to fitness. I met across the journey new friends people from different nationalities all same goal to train harder and learn new techniques n self discipline improvement in life . Coach Raphael head coach jiu jitsu is very passionate highly qualified and dedicated to teach from zero to hero the fundamentals, keys techniques for the smartest sport i ever came across my life. It is checkmate every move has own perspective and consequences its very deep mental and physical sport. We had to learn to be better version of ourself. Fantastic experience: I have been training with Minna for almost 5 months now, and believe she is one of the best, most experienced and committed trainers around. I started training on a personal one on one session and enjoyed the variety and challenges that she put into sessions. Minna is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging ( somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and have seen improvement in my ability to complete more sit ups/core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights and generally push myself harder through each session. I thoroughly enjoy working out in this environment and would recommend Minna and her team to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated group of trainers. Finally, I thank UFC business bay for their excellent facilities and with well qualified professional coaches.

Fantastic experience: To the person reading this, UFC.. The name says it all!! A great step-up for anyone who is into conventional exercising but transitioning to real Training!! Yes, that's what this place is all about, you don't come to UFC to exercise.. You Train yourself to become better and stronger!! Coupled with friendly faculty, trainers and with some really good equipment's make it a great place to train!! Don't get me started on the classes, FYI they are done right and aren't repetitive, you learn something new always.. Lastly to sum it up, in the current ongoing situation.. Its a clean place to train!!

Fantastic experience: The best gym I have tried ! It's not only a gym It's a community, a family where people support and encourage each other ! They are well organised, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the coaches are well trained and professional. I love that they always organise different classes and events and you don't feel that the workout became a routine , there is always something new to look forward. Since the Covid 19 situation, they went the extra mile to make everyone safe and secured . The equipments are sanitized after each use, the staff are constantly cleaning and spraying the whole areas.

Wide variety of classes, and very knowledgeable trainers with many years of experience always on hand to guide you. Fantastic experience: I have joined UFC in 2020 and have been hooked to the gym since then, so I decided to get an annual champion membership. My main goal was to lift weights and stay in good shape, I also started joining boxing and cycling classes for cardio. I was a bit stuck with my goal where I didn’t see any further growth, and that’s when I decided to get a hold of Coach Minna Khamis – Bay Square branch. Coach MK is an ex Track & Field athlete who’s passionate and has a wealth of knowledge in fitness and nutrition, aside from her background and experience, coach MK has tailored workout plans that developed my condition; my right shoulder was a bit weaker than the left one, from previous injury! Coach MK assessed my fitness level in general, and focused on shoulder strength and mobility from day 1, and kept track of all of my progression since then. I can’t believe how drastically I was progressing in a short period of time, I had 16 sessions with Coach MK and saw a great improvement overall and specifically my shoulder mobility and strength. I’m grateful and happy for having Coach MK as a “buddy trainer”. What I mostly like about Coach MK is that she has a great attention to details, punctual, organized, always motivating and genuinely honest.

Fantastic experience: I have been with UFC for last 3 years. Even though I had the option to choose other reputed fitness center but there's something special about UFC. The moment you enter the business bay UFC, you get that positive energy and self motivation to exercise and give your best. The Trainers and staff here are thorough professional in their respective fields and are ever smiling, helpful, courteous and go an extra mile in motivating the people and getting the most out of everyone. Mary and Faiq at the reception are always with a smiling face . Kudos to business bay UFC. Keep it up.
