Fantastic experience: We've been visiting on a weekly pass and have tried to use the climbing area as often as possible along with the main gym. The climbing area has been an excellent experience from the beginning as the team who work there (we've met Bridget and Moses) are incredibly helpful and friendly for beginners like us, and all the other facilities are world class too. Highly recommended for visitors or locals.

Negative experience: Good gym, horrible parking situation. Parking is inside a mall which makes it a challenge to find a parking most of the times. Spending 15 minutes to find a parking spot will get you demotivated from working out.

Fantastic experience: Took the 1 year membership here after looking at many different gyms but this one by far has everything I needed especially the gymnastics area with the air pad and wow the staff here are amazing the manager Claire and the staff always wish me with a warm greeting as I enter and leave I would highly recommend this place for someone who is into gymnastics or calisthenics has a nice setup very well thought off if only there was a swimming pool it would be the ultimate gym but since it's in the mall it still has much more than other gyms .

Positive experience: The gym used to be excellent, but it’s now extremely overcrowded due to the overwhelming number of personal trainers. They constantly occupy the machines, linger around even when they’re not training clients, and make the place noisy and congested. It’s reached a point where regular members can’t properly enjoy their workouts anymore.

The coffee here is exceptional — smooth, bold, and perfectly balanced whether you’re having a flat white, cappuccino, or just a classic black. You can tell they care about quality beans and precise brewing. And their coffee cakes? Absolutely amazing. Soft, moist, and perfectly paired with a strong cup of coffee. You can taste that they’re freshly made, not just something off a shelf. What really completes the experience is the service. The team is consistently upbeat, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure every guest enjoys their visit. It’s rare to find a café that nails both the product and the people, but Origin 33 does exactly that. Fantastic experience: Saw that Train has a bouldering area and thought to have a look, and guess who I saw, my previous coaches, Bridget and Moses! It was a pleasant surprise and needless to say, the whole area is so cool. They have everything, you name it - weightlifting equipment, treadmills, stairmasters, boxing, areal yoga, parkour, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, even a cafe, billiards table, nice shower and sauna. Towels and water are provided for, including toilettries. You can train, then get ready for work or to meet up with friends afterwards. Nice place to hangout, cool staff and nice ambiance.

Fantastic experience: Over the past 16 years, I have been a member of a number of gyms in Abu Dhabi, and I have to say that Train Galleria is among the best in the city. However, I feel fees are excessive and ought to be lowered a bit in order to stay competitive. That being said, there are a ton of free weights and excellent equipment. There is a basketball court, an area for climbing, and saunas. The floor area is large and generally hygienic. The restrooms, showers, and locker room are all spotless. When you arrive, the staff is always smiling and incredibly nice, and friendly. When you are leaving, they even take the time to bid you farewell. Both the music and the whole atmosphere are excellent. But it's really annoying when trainers approach you for business. Management must remind trainers not to approach members who are working out on their own.

Positive experience: The sunrise The stair master Are the best thing here … The rest are below normal , comparing equipment with Oxygen lol !!! The overall vibe is selective lol , I mean I just been approached when I do a mistake other than that nothing and oooh they have old basket balls !!! I am a member for almost 3 years and I haven’t been approached by this management for feedback not even for renewal reminder !!! Which is a clear indication that the owner or whoever in the management have al certain preference on the customers they want in the gym . What I heard from some of the coaches and members this gym kindaaa prefer certain euthenics , personally I careless as I am into my music All in all it deserve 5 but am putting 3 because of the overall vibe on members Anyway it’s all rate 3 is good it means that they meet expectations

Fantastic experience: Easily the best gym in Abu Dhabi. It’s an excellent gym, extremely well equipped in the variety of exercise equipment provided. Other amenities (sauna, showers, hairdryers and hair straighter) are also great. The best part of the gym is the bouldering gym, with routes suitable for a range of climbing ability. Bridget is also very kind and helpful in finding your way around if you’re just starting out. There is also a shop by the gym for purchasing climbing shoes, tape, chalk, etc. which is quite good to have close by. There are also other amenities like a basketball court, gymnastics area, pool table, and snacks and beverages can be purchased inside. There are different membership options for short term and long term memberships- however as I don’t visit this gym more than once a week, I make use of the daily pass as other options are only worthwhile for more frequent gym users.

Positive experience: I've been working out there for a while now. The gym is good and the atmosphere is great, but it needs some organization and space utilization, as there is a large area near the bounce area. The gym could have had more equipment, and they also need to increase the leg extension machine. The protein shake is very expensive. If you want to order just a protein shake with water without any additives, it is considered expensive compared to other gyms. I love working out at the gym, but they need to develop it and work more on it. I wish them the best of luck.

Firstly very friendly staff, Bridget and Moses ensured me that I didn't feel stressed on my first day and guided me throughout. Climbing shoes are also available for rental, and they do sell them as well! The staff/instructors are incredibly kind and knowledgeable, especially Bridget! It's one of my go-to climbing spots. I would 100% recommend to those looking to take up this awesome sport!

Fantastic experience: Train is a big and conducive space to workout. Apart from the regular gym equipment, they have a wide variety of other activities (basketball, bouldering, etc.). Staff are friendly; shoutout to Bridget who manages the bouldering section - friendly and helpful!

Fantastic experience: The gym is clean and spacious. Lots of areas created for different activities (eg yoga space, bouldering wall, BJJ mats) though classes aren't offered. Staff are very nice and helpful. Especially Bridget in the bouldering area - she's always around to make sure things stay safe and to share tips to make sure we make the climb!

Negative experience: Jay Vargas claims she is the manager of train and i had a horrible experience with her. all her colleagues are willing to cooperate with me except her and ive never experienced worse and ruder treatment from staff before. never coming back again as a frequent customer, made my experience extremely frustrating especially because i came numerous times before.

Fantastic experience: The gym is nice and spacious, offering a comfortable workout environment. However, the membership fees are quite high — nearly double compared to similar gyms in the area. It would be great if the management could reconsider the pricing structure and also offer installment payment options through platforms like Tabby or Tamara, to make memberships more accessible for everyone.

Negative experience: Gym doesn’t worth the money what we pay!!! Bec weekends it’s open only till 10pm!!! And staff switched off the lights around 10:40pm!!!

Whether you’re lifting, climbing, or shooting hoops, this gym elevates training into an experience.

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym facility in galleria mall. They have cardio, lifting, CrossFit, basketball, (boxing and bjj freelance areas). If you’d like a spacious gym to train yourself, or get a PT, this is a very good place. Showers, are very good. They give you towels too. The gym is very clean, and smells good. I’ve been to many gyms, this is really one of the good gyms in Abu Dhabi. Very specious

Negative experience: I paid one day pass to try the gym while I was with my coach and they switched off the lights at 22:56pm in the middle of our workout, when the gym supposed to close at 23pm. we really understand the people wanna go home but, we felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. it’s not respectful at all
