Fantastic experience: I had a fall that resulted with soft tissue damage on my knee. I was unable to bend the knee and stairs were an issue. I had a session with Imran, where he used a variety of equipment. I had hobbled in, but I walked out! It really helped my recovery.

Fantastic experience: The welcome, the responsiveness, the efficiency — everything was excellent. I called and was lucky to get an appointment the very same day. When I arrived, I didn’t even know how to describe my situation because my whole body was so tense. I was extremely surprised and satisfied to see that my therapist didn’t waste time asking 30,000 questions. Just a few minutes after arriving, I was already diagnosed. He is a very easy-going guy who immediately makes you feel comfortable. I felt a radical change as soon as the treatment ended: my posture was straighter, my neck pain was gone, and my breathing felt clear. Having seen several osteopaths and therapists before — effective but with short-lived results — I must say the effects are still there. In summary, I am very satisfied.

Fantastic experience: I had my shoulder muscle severe pain for around a year and was seeing physio from whipps cross complete waste of time, all they said was to do exercises. After searching on line for specialist Imran came up nearest and 5* so I was there within 1 hour of messaging him and he was very knowledgeable, professional and a family man. The pain after 1 day my pain has gone and couldn't believe it was 1 session as he's that good and honest not trying to book me more sessions so I had cupping therapy too to round of the money I set aside for this.. Fantastic experience: I had a posture correction session with Imran and it was genuinely amazing. I came in with stiffness and limited movement in my neck, and within the session he was able to completely release it — I could move freely again by the end. What impressed me most was how clearly he explained what he was checking and adjusting, and how effective the treatment was. At the start I could barely touch the floor when bending forward, and by the end of the session I could place my palms flat on the floor — the difference was instant and very noticeable. Imran is professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knows exactly what he’s doing. I left feeling lighter, more mobile, and aligned. Fantastic experience: I've had a stiff neck for 2 days, didn't want it ruin my week, looked online and saw imran was highly rated, communication was quick and reassuring. I didn't want to delay it any longer, came in, imran immediately recognised the stiffness and in my posture, I saw and more importantly felt the pain relief and got my neck back to normal painful free range of motion, felt my limbs light, stretching and healthy again, I realised my shoulders and arm range was affected too. Imran is a consumate professional and he has built a great rapport with me, his client care is above reproach, made sure I was able to find his clinic, informing me of stretches to prevent this in future, prevention is better than the cure. I'd advice everyone who is dealing with pain and stiffness affecting them do not delay and come get seen and dealt with by someone who knows what they are doing and I have confidence in imran will deal with most if not all issues. He is my first call for any muscle, joint related issues.

Fantastic experience: I have been suffering from trapped pinched nerve on my neck and shoulder which is known as (Cervical Radiculopathy). Shooting needle pain going down from my neck, shoulder to arm. End up in A&E twice with unbearable pain and sleepless nights. Went to The Therapy Clinic wearing a sling to support the arm and pain. I was able to get an appointment with Imran the very next day and he was able to tailor the time around my schedule. He worked on my posture correction, used the massage gun, compression boots, and even finished with a really detailed hand massage. I walked in feeling tight and uncomfortable, and walked out feeling lighter, aligned, and properly loosened up. Fantastic experience: I never review anything but had to after Imran fit me in for an urgent, same day, at home appointment within an hour of finding him online yesterday. I was experiencing serve sciatic pain and he came and got straight to work (Other people I called said I needed a consultation first) I went from a 11 out of 10 pain level to a 4 out of 10 by time he left. He sent some additional info via WhatsApp after the session and checked in on me again today (who even does that in this day and age?!) Today the pain has peaked at a 5 out of 10 which he said was to be expected because of the severity of my issue but its eases with the additional exercises he sent me to do after the session which is great as I want to avoid taking pain relief if I can help it. He said I shouldn’t need another session if I continue with the aftercare but he’ll be the first person I call if I do get that level of pain again.

I expected to pay a small fortune and to be told that it would take multiple sessions to resolve the issues I was having. How wrong I was - 35 minutes, a short massage and a spinal realignment and I was done. Fantastic experience: As someone who's recenlty diagnosed of poly neuropathy, I was desperate to get rid of the constant pain, pins and needles, tingling and burning from head to toe despite being on the highest doses of pain killers. I came across The Therapy Clinic and decided to give it a try. Imran, the owner, was very helpful and accommodated us on the same day despite his busy schedule. I went in using a walking stick and my husband holding me on one side. It was really difficult for me to walk. Amran was very patient, listened to me and was very compassionate. We tried the massage boots and the gun. Imran was very professional in using the equipment and it made a massive difference in my condition. Before, I could not even stand up when sitting on a chair. My husband had to lift me up. After the first session I could stand up on my own and walk without any aids. I came in with a walking stick and left walking without any aids. I highly highly highly recommend The Therapy Clinic.
