Fantastic experience: I’ve been using Achieve Health for the last year because of a bad back and stiff hips. They’ve been absolutely fantastic. Lizzie my physio is brilliant! She’s really friendly and knowledgeable, and she gives really clear instruction on how to do my rehab exercises. The treatment she’s given me has made a huge difference to my mobility and comfort at work where I unfortunately spend a lot of time sitting. I can’t recommend Lizzie and Achieve Health more.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Lizzie for about 5 months now for an ongoing shoulder injury. I have been to specialists over the years but the pain kept coming back and I was still unable to move my shoulder in certain ways. After seeing Lizzie, I have more mobility and less pain. Lizzie is so lovely and takes the time to explain everything she does. I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Very positive experience at Solihull with Chloe Attwood my physiotherapist. I was able to get late appointments in the evening because of my working hours and Chloe was very helpful with this. Very knowledgeable and helpful with my shoulder injury. Fantastic experience: Chloe was quick to diagnose the problem and worked with me to improve the ankle which was compounded by a previous injury 38 years ago! MRI helped but didn’t tell her anything she didn’t know already. She was honest!! It will get worse before it gets better.. and it did ., but continues to improve!!!

Fantastic experience: I been seeing Lizzie from achieve health, and she has been amazing with helping with my recovery of 2 slipped disks. I have been seeing Lizzie for around 6 months, and in this time Lizzie has helped me with my mobility and has got me walking more stable with support of crutches. Also helping control and manage my pain better just from seeing her at least once a week. Breaking down the inflamed and swollen muscles around the disks, along with light exercises to helping me slowly regain the strenth in my back. It was by chance just passing by while shopping and had popped in achieve health for information. I have never looked back. I had a consultation with Lizzie, and she was so welcoming and gave step by step plan on what was going to happen and took it at my pace. I'm so greatful and lucky to have stumbled upon achieve health in Solihull town center, and even more greatful to their amazing staff lizzie. Fantastic experience: I first met Lizzie when she delivered a seminar at my gym, Raise the Bar Fitness and Recovery in Solihull. I’ve been seeing her for the past six weeks for a shoulder issue, and she has been a fantastic physio. I have already noticed a real improvement in my mobility, both during training and even when sitting at my desk at work. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Chloe for the last three months for my calf tear. Chloe is extremely approachable, knowledgeable, and supportive. She does a thorough treatment plan each session, which is really helpful. As well as treating the injury, Chloe has supported me with lower-body strengthening exercises for long-term injury prevention

Fantastic experience: I saw Chloe after experiencing knee and foot pain prior to walking holidays in July and August. Chloe has been amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and meticulous. She clearly explains the issues, treatments and exercises and is friendly and easy to talk to. Chloe has been working to improve the strength in my leg muscles and 'wake up' a couple of lazy ones. Fantastic experience: I have been masking a painful tennis elbow for some time now and just came to the conclusion that this was my pain and to get on with it in struggle, until it really started to affect my work and any physical activity I do. Alice understood me and how realistically resting is difficult but in a short time has managed to seriously reduce pain and bring back the movement I once had. With the help of Lizzie when Alice was unavailable they just know what they are doing. So professional and just on it. Recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! I have a severed Achilles tendon which has not been treated for a decade. Alice took the time to understand my issue and immediately knew what to do. Alice has managed to reduce the thickness around the tendon and I'm now on a path to strengthening it.

Fantastic experience: Achieve Health was recommended by a friend after I picked up a running injury. The whole experience has been a big step up from treatment I’ve previously had elsewhere. The initial top to toe assessment was impressive and I've been working with the excellent Lucy to manage the injury and also address the root cause and build up strength. Lucy is super knowledgeable, approachable and patient - she’s provided a clear plan of action to ensure I can return to running stronger and avoid recurrence of my injury.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Chloe for the past few months to treat a knee/sports related injury and she has been a great help, always explaining the science and rationale behind my treatment plan in a clear and  easy to understand way.  I'm now back to doing sports and feel much more confident getting back into exercise again and have a better understanding of how to prevent injuries in the future. My treatment plan has been very comprehensive introducing exercises slowly, and Chloe took the time to understand what my goals were, what was important to me and adapted the plan accordingly. She takes a very holistic approach and even spotted other issues (not directly related to my knee) and offered advice. I'd definitely recommend her for anyone looking to get back into sport.

Fantastic experience: Chloe at Achieve Health in one word - brilliant. Her manner and knowledge put me instantly at ease. Well explained and progressive treatment, exercises tailored to help treat the injury whilst looking to my exercise goals and achieving them. Chloe’s initial treatment made it possible to run a half marathon without worsening my injury. Subsequent treatment has reduced pain and got me on track to returning to running with the aim to increase my distances. Chloe has the perfect balance between pushing me and telling me when I need to stop.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Andy when picking up an injury on my marathon training block to the point that it was stopping me from running. Andy quickly and professionally diagnosed my injury and started to put a plan in place straight away of how I would move forward with it. He assured me that I would be back running and be able to complete the marathon. Using the structured plan Andy gave me I was able to recover from the injury within no time at all, run pain free and complete my marathon! I would highly recommend his services to anybody looking for a physio in the Solihull area.

Fantastic experience: Physio Chloe has been absolutely amazing with my daughter treating her for a knee injury. My daughter is very anxious and can struggle with meeting new people and being in these kind of situations. Chloe has made her feel at ease at every step of her treatment, treating her with respect and dignity at all times and explaining every step of treatment to both my daughter and myself. She has gone above and beyond to ensure that Ruby feels comfortable and at ease, her knee injury has begun to heel well. We couldn’t recommend Chloe highly enough for all physio needs.

Fantastic experience: Chloe was incredibly knowledgable and professional. We went through exercises for both pre op (to try and get into as good a shape as possible) and now post op to help with recovery and get me into even better shape. She is also very encouraging and easy to talk with. Formerly, at other places, I have felt a bit like a presentation of symptoms rather than a person. This is 'real' physiotherapy - not just a pleasant massage programme or a few photocopied exercises to do at home. (Apologies for name! I dont know how to change it - this is Karen)

Fantastic experience: I came to Achieve Health after being referred by a friend who had previously been. I tore my hamstring and couldn't walk well a couple of weeks before I was due to fly to Florida to go to Disney World and therefore needed to be able to walk. Alice reassured me that I would be able to make a fast recovery in order to be able to comfortably walk around the Disney Parks for 2 weeks. She ensured that I got a few appointments booked in before my trip and could already feel the improvement in my leg. I was able to walk around and enjoy my holiday having this treatment. After my holiday I returned and had another couple of physio sessions to help improve my leg and she also provided me with exercises I can do to help prevent this from happening again. I would recommend Achieve and Alice!

Alice diagnosed the issue as I was waiting for my son to finish his appointment, so I decided to give it a go. I cant believe the difference after a few appointments, its almost 100%. She took the time to explain the whole process to me before and after the surgery and helped to minimise down time after my ACL reconstruction. Fantastic experience: Couldn’t rate Alice and Achieve’s service highly enough. Very professional, friendly and effective. Went in with a leg/hip injury (I was unsure) from playing football. In the first appointment alone, Alice was able to identify the problem, begin treatment, and outline at-home exercises to help recovery. Over the course of several more sessions, I received more treatment and further exercises that would help me to rebuild gradually, without rushing too quickly and re-injuring. I’m now back playing sport and will definitely use Achieve again in future if/when needed.

I had tried acupuncture, several chiropractors and went private to have steroids and the nerves burnt. I only came across Alice when she treated my sons leg through Bupa after a nasty break. I was so impressed by her work I thought let's give this a try if only I had found her sooner.
