LARC Pilates

Fantastic experience: I have embarked on my post Covid return to Pilates!! I need the structure / expertise of an Instructor and where better , but to return to Sinead at Larc Pilates Studio...the new studio is a lovely environment to be in and has a great " feel about it ". I did a whoop of delight when reading that a Pilates Reformer 1-1 were being offered. Had always wanted to try this method, had my first session yesterday and LOVED IT!! Challenging BUT in a good way and of course great & professional instruction from Sinead . This morning certainly knew my body had been through a good workout BUT again in a good way. Have just booked my next session!! If you are thinking of returning to a class I would whole heartedly say " go for it " I felt safe , all Covid safety precautions were in situ. I highly recommend Larc Pilates studio.
