Negative experience: The customer service and level of understanding shown by this company are well below acceptable standards. Despite explaining a legitimate situation, I was met with rigid, unhelpful responses and a complete lack of flexibility. I was pressured to provide private medical documentation, which is optional, written in another language, and highly personal. When I exercised my right not to disclose sensitive medical information, the company chose to hide behind policy rather than act with professionalism or basic empathy. The way this situation has been handled shows zero customer care and no willingness to find a reasonable solution. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before entering into any agreement with this company.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. The atmosphere is very welcoming and everyone is extremely friendly. Everything is always clean and well maintained. The equipment is modern and top quality. The classes are amazing, dynamic, and very motivating. Highly recommended.

She genuinely cares about her clients, and always goes above and beyond to support and motivate you. The gym itself is quite good. The only improvement I’d suggest is a bigger ladies only area with more machines this would truly make it the perfect gym.

Negative experience: The air freshener machines in the gym make it really hard to breathe while working out which is really bad, so disappointed today was my last day there.

Negative experience: I came to this gym hoping to find motivation, community, and a place I’d actually look forward to going but sadly, that hasn’t been the case. The energy here just feels off; it’s not fun, welcoming, or inspiring. The atmosphere is flat, and it often feels like no one really cares. What’s even more disappointing is the management communication is poor, and issues don’t seem to be taken seriously. I really wanted to love this place, but it’s been nothing but frustration and letdowns. It could be so much better with the right leadership and a little heart, but right now, it just feels lifeless.

Fantastic experience: I have really enjoy coming to Energy plus. The timings and their workouts are just right and challenging for a beginner and also advanced people. It has lower body, upper body, energy workouts and music with ladies like me giving their performance their best makes it good. They r professional too.

Negative experience: Been facing the same technical issue since I rejoined(3 months ago) wanted to boost and rehabilitate my body postpartum.. coaches are generally good the classes are not diverse.. not focused , so basically depends on the coach she either will be good and push you .. or will be moody and couldn’t care less to end the class . Yes back to my tech issue , I wasn’t able to sign in for the classes so every time I attend I get a penalty where I can’t attend the next one. Its their IT issue not mine and here I am struggling to get into the class because I couldn’t register due to a penalty! Anyway for such facility the least they can do is to fix this silly issue but no they couldn’t care less “ they will look into the matter they say “ Can’t wait to join other fitness center where professionalism is a must .. well at least this one is super close to me

Fantastic experience: The gym has a great vibe, and I really enjoy the atmosphere. The classes are fantastic too! I misplaced my perfume but found it the next day at the reception; they really do a great job of keeping items for members. The female coaches are incredibly nice and welcoming. The receptionists are both friendly and professional, always striving to meet your needs and provide excellent customer service. The gym is well-organized, and they ensure that the machines are always clean. They also do a great job explaining the subscription options.

Negative experience: Bad room change (Dyson dry machine, showe gel company,bathrooms repairs) We need diversity classes (not only bootcamp everyday )

Fantastic experience: Overall pretty amazing, played a huge role in the drop of weight I’ve had recently. The only real negative I’d have is there needs to be serious consideration for a time limit on certain machines during peak hours. There is only 1 supported bench press machine in the gym and yet the same two people have been using it taking turns for over 30 minutes now…I don’t like to be that guy intervening in one’s workout but this feels a pretty excessive amount of time for use of one machine, especially during peak hours.

Negative experience: The gym looks great from the outside, but once you enter, you realize it’s not a fully equipped fitness club. I was going to sign up, but unfortunately, I found that more than five machines were not working. The number of exercise machines are few compared to what you pay. I couldn’t not hear anything from the guy because of the very loud unbearable music.

Negative experience: Great gym if you just want to take selfies or say you went — not so great if you actually want to train, since the AC doesn’t work and it gets super hot and start sweating before my workout ! Feels more like a Moroccan bath than a gym!

Negative experience: Visited the gym to enquire about a subscription, but unfortunately the receptionist showed very little interest in assisting us. When we asked about the facilities, she only took down a number and said we would be contacted later, without providing any real information. It’s difficult to commit to a membership when there is no willingness to engage with customers directly. We hope you can address this, as first impressions matter a lot.

Negative experience: Poor hospitality and manipulative, they say one thing then go back on their word….

Fantastic experience: The location is excellent and easy to access. The gym is fully equipped, featuring the latest exercise equipment and a dedicated Group classes. A variety of weekly classes are offered. The pool and sauna add a touch of comfort and relaxation after a workout, and the club also houses a nutritional supplement shop, providing all athletes' needs in one place.

Fantastic experience: The Gym is spacious, and the staffs and trainers are really excellent. The Gym is very clean and neat, and not much rush. All equipments are well maintained. And enough parking available in the basement. Accessing to the Gym is also easy. It has nice sauna and dressing/storage room. The toilet facilities and swimming pool area is also nice. If you are in Khalifa city this is the best gym. I been to several gyms here, but never got to maintain this consistency. I guess the gym environment really supports me to focus on my goals. The members here are also respectful and overall it’s a positive experience here.

Positive experience: I would give this gym 5 stars but let’s consider the last star as a basic piece of equipment that every gym should have. I do love this gym as a location, friendly staff smiling at you and shaking hands sometimes. Clean + water dispenser. However, two things are bothering me sometimes. The volume of the speaker is extremely harmful to your ear when there is an active class & lack of some lifting equipment. Thank you

Negative experience: I liked working at this gym since 2022. But I’m disappointed because I have knees problems and I want to cancel my membership but I have to pay for two month. If you are not helping your clients and just benefit from the money I’m not registering again then.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the staff at this gym. The receptionist is consistently unfriendly and dismissive — it feels like you’re bothering her just by checking in or asking a question. Basic courtesy is clearly not a priority here. Coach Matthew, unfortunately, has a terrible attitude. He comes off as arrogant and unapproachable, often speaking to clients in a condescending tone. It’s uncomfortable dealing with someone who seems to think he’s above everyone else. A bit of humility and professionalism would go a long way. Definitely not the welcoming or respectful environment you’d expect from a gym.

Fantastic experience: Ive been a member here for about 18 months and can safely say it’s the best gym around. Classes are varied, challenging and the coaches have excellent knowledge in every aspect of training and fitness. A particular emphasis is with my personal trainer, Igor. I have a spine condition and often have outbreaks of severe pain. Igor is able to give me excellent advice and a training program aimed at rehabilitation of my condition. He has saved me from taking pain medication due to the carefully planned program of exercise. I always feel energized, more mobile and more confident due to Igor’s amazing knowledge.

Positive experience: Decent gym in an area with high competition. The equipment is modern and has good variety, however there is only one machine per exercise. Meaning if the gym is busy and you are training a muscle group that a lot of other users are then you’ll have to wait for use of the machine. Staff and trainers are very friendly and always saying hello. The workout classes are a good standard and at a level for all types of fitness. I think for the gym to improve they need to get rid of the boxing ring and/or the punch bags. They take us so much space and they are rarely ever used. The ring is used more for people dumping bags and bottles. The punch bags I think are more aesthetically pleasing than functional. If they got rid of one, or both, it would make room for more equipment or space for users to do more HIIT/crossfit style workouts. This is limited if there is a class on as the only open space is used. Cardio equipment is plentiful and varied. However, if a machine gets damaged it feels like it takes a while to repair. Overall, glad to be a member here and the teacher pricing is very attractive. Small changes would make this gym even better though, particularly with new gym opening next door!

Membership is surprisingly affordable, all thanks to Mr. Cris who initially assisted me. I signed up, right away. Coach Melissa, efficient and effective trainer. She is very precise, on-point and pushes me to do more. All credit to her, I am slowly regaining back my sleeping muscles and strength. And the staff, they are all approachable and ready to help...
