Fantastic experience: Superb community gym. The staff are always welcoming when you walk in and are happy to help with any questions. They offer a wide range of activities, from cardio and Hyrox to weightlifting, so there’s something for everyone. The equipment is excellent and well maintained. The gym also provides supplements and meal prep options, which is a great added bonus. I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of joining!

Negative experience: I opted for the non-contract membership specifically so I could cancel at any time. I completed the online cancellation form and heard back from Limitless on 13 November asking why I was cancelling. By this point, I had already paid for November’s membership on 1 November and had only used the gym once or twice during the first week. I explained that I was cancelling due to personal circumstances, yet I have been repeatedly contacted and pressured to pay for December’s membership. Limitless are refusing to cancel my membership unless I pay for December, despite the fact that I deliberately chose a non-contract option to avoid any notice period. I have explained this multiple times, but they continue to insist there is a 30-day notice period, which completely contradicts how the membership is advertised. This is absolutely ridiculous. Why advertise a “non-contract” membership if that isn’t actually the case? The customer service has been extremely poor, and I will not be returning to this gym under any circumstances. Based on other reviews, it also appears that this is an ongoing issue at the Cumbernauld Limitless location, with people reporting that money continues to be taken from their accounts even after cancellation.

Fantastic experience: Visited Limited Fitness to see Ross the physio. The gentleman on the desk told me about the company and the other gym they have and offered me a tour of the premises. Really trendy and professional. Hopefully they'll expand to Oban ;)

Fantastic experience: It’s difficult to find a gym in the area with decent equipment and that maintain that equipment. Limitless however achieves both making workouts flow and able to fill a full workout in, no matter how long or short. All staff and customers are like minded where health and fitness are vital part of life. Definitely worth the price tag

Fantastic experience: Edit: 4/7 the music was much better today. Updated my rating. Long may it continue When this gym opened I thought it was the best thing since sliced bread. Recently however the quality of the music being played has ruined my workouts. Playing rap from 5-10 years ago on loop is not how I get motivated. It’s honestly some of the most depressing music I’ve ever heard. They used to play good, upbeat tunes that I found motivational. What happened? If this changes, I will update my rating !
