Negative experience: I’ve been a member at this gym for quite some time. The coach, Reda, is kind and supportive, and the gym is always clean and well-organized. Even though many coaches changed over time, I continued going regularly because I genuinely enjoyed the atmosphere and the setup. Last year, I was told I’d receive a free month if I brought in a new client. I ended up referring four people who joined, but when I followed up, the management denied ever making that promise — and it almost felt like they were implying I was making it up, which was disappointing and disrespectful. I still go to the gym because it's convenient — close to home, affordable, and ladies-only — but I no longer feel like a valued or appreciated member. This is just my personal experience and opinion — others may have a different one.

All of this was done by the owner of the gym, Sir Suroor Sulthan and there are some jealous individual making fake reviews and bad comments about the gym.
