Get Up N Go

Get Up N Go is a personal training gym, that specialises in semi-private group sessions. Members benefit from their own individual training programme tailored to suit their needs and goals and are instructed by a qualified trainer at a fraction of the cost of 1-2-1 PT sessions. There are no drop-in members, sessions are booked by appointment and are run in small groups up to 4 people. Small group training is more fun, helps to motivate and creates a sociable and relaxed atmosphere. Plus a great way to make new friends.
