Well established Chinese Martial arts academy focussing on self defence. Amateur martial association and National coaching recognised instruction for children and adults. Broad based training syllabus for fitness and conditioning. Our training includes: Five animals shaolin, Chinese Kickboxing (san shou/San da), Chin Na (grappling arts), Knife and blunt weapon defence, traditional form and traditional weapons practice.

Fantastic experience: Went to this club for years and it was always great! Atmosphere is great, instructors are friendly and professional, and the style is both very efficient and disciplined.
