I have been in the fitness industry for more than a decade starting my career as a personal trainer and expanding it to nutrition which is my strong forte. I am currently doing my MNU. I have worked with general population and athletes over these years helping them to lose fat , gain muscle , have a good relationship with food and becoming the best version of themselves in the shortest time possible while developing habits and lifestyle that can help them sustain the results they have worked hard to achieve.
