Pegden PT was established to offer high quality bespoke fitness and exercise training, in the Alton and GU34 surrounding areas. Our purpose built gym and programmes allow people young and old to get a better experience than in a crowded gym and we give you the tools and motivation to get active, mobile and better your health in the way you want to improve it. We also travel and come to you, if your time is tight or you'd rather stay local. Call us for friendly advice and a chat...we will always try and help!

Fantastic experience: TOTALLY recommend Pegden PT. I have never enjoyed going to the gym but wanted to get fitter. My first session with Corin made me realize that it doesn't need to be boring getting healthy and the multiple pieces of equipment that he has ... I get to try a new one pretty much every session! He has an awesome sense of humour ( you can pay me later Corin!) but genuinely a great guy that will help you achieve whatever goals that you want to fitness wise.
