Fantastic experience: I just thought to share my personal experience with Hedieh. Although I didn’t choose to signup here, I just wanted to let people know that she is really welcoming and genuinely cares for the gym and its members. I went gym shopping and she was very engaging and helpful, nothing against her for my reason to signup. I just felt like Snap didnt have all the equipment that I normally would use. I really hope all the best for her and I hope her manager can see how much of an asset she is!

Fantastic experience: Really love this gym because the atmosphere is positive, the place is clean, and everyone working here is great. There are two staff members I especially want to mention: Heidiah and Lalita. They’re both incredibly kind, welcoming, and have this warm energy that instantly makes the gym feel better. Even on days when I’m tired or stressed, seeing them always lifts the mood. They don’t just do their jobs well — they make the whole place feel comfortable, friendly, and motivating. Big respect to both of them and the whole team for creating such a good environment

Fantastic experience: Snap Fitness Westgate has been great, and Hedieh honestly makes everything better. She keeps the gym clean, organised, and welcoming every time I walk in. The vibe she brings makes the place feel motivating and comfortable, and YOU CAN TELL SHE ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THE MEMEBERS.

Fantastic experience: Rang in for a session and was answered by Hedieh. She was very onto it on the phone and friendly to talk with. Worked with Lalita the new PT here on deadlifts and had a great workout , super knowledgeable on correct technique and is encouraging. She gave some solid tips that have helped my form out a lot in just one hour. Gym is nice and tidy too! ⭐️

Negative experience: Went in for a trial and the service was terrible, I wasn’t acknowledged until I said something even though I booked in for an appointment, the staff member also didn’t introduce himself. I wasn’t shown any membership prices, or benefits of the gym, I had to specifically ask for these. I was told I can only use my trial during staffed hours, but was not told when these hours are nor is there anything on the trial card that indicates this. There was no guidance around where anything is in the gym unless I asked myself… I am not new to the gym but can imagine someone who had never trained before would be very intimidated. Gym was also a mess. From someone who use to work in a gym, I was not impressed at all, will not be back.

Negative experience: I enquired about a trial membership and the guy who called me on the phone was super rude and unhelpful. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: My local and I love it sooooo much. The members are amazing and friendly unlike other gyms. Clean and accessible to public transport and westgate shopping center, northwest and Costco.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of the 'Snap Family' for over 10 years now and I have to say that out of all the vairity of Snaps I have been to Westgate has to top the list. Friendly, supportive and amazing staff. When I arrive in the morning no matter what time it is (6am weekdays and 8.30am Weekends,) yes I gym 24/7 . It is always packed with some of the most awesome people you could ever meet at the gym having a laugh and doing their workout. Great atmosphere Love it. Oh and of course the manager is pretty awesome too.

Fantastic experience: This gym is the best in west Auckland that ive been a member of. It's not too busy, plenty of good equipment. Good social atmosphere and friendly staff

Fantastic experience: Great gym have lost 38kgs in the last 5 months of attending here. The staff are excellent, there is a large fitness studio in the back that you can actually use and theres a great vibe. Easily one of the best in the Westgate area!

Fantastic experience: Friendly people, most helpfull staff, they even check how youve been doing, and help you achieve your goals, giving trainings tips and diet plan before going to work out and after work out, just love it

Fantastic experience: This has been my gym for over 2 years and I still love training here. The staff are always super friendly and have good banter as you walk through the door. You get to know the majority of other regular members too! It’s such a nice feeling to train in a gym where you aren’t worried you’re being judged and know there is always someone around to ask for tips!!

Fantastic experience: This has been my gym for about a year now and I love training here, it has a wide range of nice new equipment and a huge separate training room in the back. The gym is always very kept clean and tidy which is great. The staff are always super friendly and the banter is top notch. I highly recommend it over any of the other gyms in the area.
