Anytime Fitness Westgate

Fantastic experience: Dom the Manager at the Westgate branch is honestly such a chill lad. Very warm and welcoming and overall just good vibes. I highly recommend others to check out this space

Negative experience: Horrible experience - I canceled my membership in April, still getting charged in June. Nobody picks up the phone or calls me back when I leave a message, nobody replies to my emails, its been a week already, could have called me back! I moved countries so I can't physically go there and sort it or call them all day because of time difference, will be talking to my bank to see if they can help to stop account getting charged, maybe Ezy pay will help with refund, don't know, Anytime fitness is clearly not willing to help.

Negative experience: Easy experience while being a member for 3 years, It's the membership cancelation at the end that will never bring me back to this franchise. Membership cancelation is a total nightmare, The mamnagement team will make any excuse to grab more cash out of you by atempting to explain there is extra cancelation costs for you outside of the conctractual agreement. Very devious management, would not recomend signing up with them to beign with.

You will feel welcome. Has a good balance of equipment and is always kept tidy and hygienic. These people are the genuine, real deal when it comes to wanting help others, can't speak highly enough of them. All class

Fantastic experience: I recently joined this gym after making a commitment to improve my health. The staff are so friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for all cliental. I am extremely appreciative of the facilities that are on site. I was nervous as anything to sign up; but the staff were so friendly and welcoming I felt like I had been coming here for years. Cleanliness is something important to me and this gym has gone the extra mile to ensure that wipes for machines are fully stocked and the rest rooms are immaculate! If I could give kore then 5 Stars I would. This is a great place to start your fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: Special shout out Jesse and Andrew for being amazing to work with! They’ve put in enormous effort to make sure all my needs have been meet and making sure I’m happy and comfortable. They’ve made every process an easy one for me! 10/10 customer service, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Top 24 hour Gym, always nice and tidy. Huge majority of users put their weights away not like others gyms, where just leave it out and around. Bathrooms always clean. Staff are very nice and always willing to help if needed when on duty.

Fantastic experience: Was previously a member of city fitness Westgate and it was so busy with people taking their friends for free that I could never get on the machines or weights until after 11pm and the equipment was in poor condition. After joining Anytime Westgate, it's like night and day - state of the art equipment with individual tv channels and internet on treadmills, preprogrammed virtual classes, and plenty of space and workout stations to choose from. Private bathrooms top it off, clean and well maintained. Frankly worth paying more to have great facilities and not having to endlessly queue to work out!

Fantastic experience: Westgate Anytime Fitness is amazing. Friendly staff, clean, well maintained equipment and with Summer just around the corner, much needed air conditioning! I left City Fitness Westgate because of overcrowding, poor equipment condition and lack of air conditioning and it was the best gym decision I ever made.
