Fantastic experience: I have been training at Train for nearly a year and have enjoyed every minute! Classes are varied and the PT’s are lovely, encouraging, regularly push me out of my comfort zone (which I need) and are knowledgeable in all aspects of training and nutrition. I would highly recommend it. :)
