Fantastic experience: I discovered this gym because of the physio who works, but I'm so glad I did, it's rare to find gyms like this, staff are friendly and the machines are great all the hammer strength and cybex best, the vibe in the gym is great.

Fantastic experience: Fab gym. I work as a support worker and take a young man to the gym daily. Whilst he does his thing I am always offered a very friendly welcome and a cup of tea. Doesn’t matter who is on the desk they are all so friendly and offer to train the said young man. Can’t recommend this gym enough. You won’t feel out of place regardless of your ability :)
