Fantastic experience: Had a great session with Carl this morning at 6.30am. As someone who is getting over a back problem I find it very re assuring to train with a PT who is mindful of this . Carl will get the most out of you without you realising you've done as much as you have . Not like being mugged more like getting your pocket pocked .
