Fantastic experience: Lovely team in whangarei! I believe the manager at the front this morning was so amazing. We have come up from Auckland and the vibe was welcoming and encouraging for anyone and everyone! Experience here makes me want to go from casual visiting to signing up. Thankyou for such a positive visit ☺️

Fantastic experience: I visited this gym on a day pass which was well priced. The staff on reception were very helpful and made the process of signing up and getting started easy. The gym itself was spotless and well equipped, if I was to stop by again, I’d definitely go to snap fitness over other gyms in the local area. As a whole, the atmosphere, facilities and customer service was excellent. I would certainly recommend giving the gym a visit if stopping by.

Negative experience: Facilities are fine but I took my partner to the gym and asked if she could come in as a guest as she is interested in signing up to a gym so wanted to persuade her to join Snap. The receptionist said it would be $15 for her despite the sign in front of her, on her desk, saying they offer free trails/ guest passes — see attached photo. We didn’t want to be confrontational so left. Either remove the sign or train your staff better

Fantastic experience: Visiting from Australia and found this gym 1 min away from my motel. Loved this gym. So tidy and clean. Super easy to sign up for a guest visit. Staff was lovely and very helpful. Great set up, had everything I needed. Highly recommend ✅⭐️

Fantastic experience: Great setup, everything you need to get into shape, or to just get fit. Friendly staff and a brilliant trainer in Krystal for either one on one or to set you up with a training routine. Highly recommended it for first-timers or the experienced.

Negative experience: When you join, they will lie to you about the pricing, please be careful when dealing with them. The reception lady lied to me when I was signing up, she told me it was 29 per month, then when I checked my account withdrawals, they charge me 21 per week. The monthly membership is also deceptive, I was under the assumption that I'm paying for a month, and I can cancel at anytime, but that's not the case, it is permanent membership but a month advanced notice for cancellation. There are many reports of fraud throughout the internet regarding Snap Fitness. Some reports claim that they withdrawal money even after cancellation. I would highly suggest choosing an alternative.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, excellent equipment and very helpful staff. Love the quality of the bathroom facilities. Always enjoy a darts game on the rowing machine.

Fantastic experience: My favorite gym there's lot of great brand new equipment and flash new building built the staff there are very friendly and so helpful The equipment counts your reps and guides you to how to correctly do the excercise... they also have lots of free group fitness classes held by personal trainers.
