Positive experience: A nice surprise! Came for a casual drop-in. The gym is located in a barn-like facility in the middle of farmland. Good selection of barbells, but does not have heavier dumbbells. No treadmills.

Fantastic experience: Came in for a casual workout. The gym has all the equipment for a complete workout, gear is clean and up to date. Very welcoming and encouraging atmosphere, friendly owner.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym! Has all the work out weights required for thorough attention to all muscle groups. A surprise in Golden Bay. Handy access even for me who lives from time to time in Pohara. Highly recommended and will continue to use when in GB.
