Fantastic experience: F45 Birkenhead has such a great community. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. As a newbie, I really appreciate how both the coaches and fellow members constantly give encouragement—it made a huge difference for me. Even though I’m quite shy, I felt comfortable working out here from day one. If you’re feeling intimidated or unsure where to start with fitness, F45 is a great place to try. The coaches guide you throughout the session, make sure you know what you’re doing, and you never feel left out. Highly recommend, especially for beginners.

Fantastic experience: I have always struggled to find a fitness activity that keeps me interested. I’ve tried a number of gyms and personal trainers. A friend recommended F45. Six months ago I reluctantly went along on a seven day free trial at F45 Birkenhead. I was worried I’d turn up and everyone would be slim, buff and fit. I was so relieved to see that it was a diverse crowd with all levels of fitness. I kept going and have become a lot more fit, as well as confident in the gym. The coaches are great and have helped with my form and I even sometimes get praise on my form nowadays - especially those Romanian deadlifts! I can’t praise the coaches enough and the owners Celia and Sarah are simply fantastic. Give it a go. It has changed my life.

Fantastic experience: Edited this review even thou this post was done July2022. Absolutely love F45 Birkenhead been here for about 2.5yrs with about 6months off due too a knee surgery and the Owners here, Kiri & Shaun (now changed owners awesome aswell) along with the trainers are such awesome people who really do motivate the people who come down to workout. The vibe here is fantastic, it's just fun and energetic, it's such a mixed bag of people who come here and everyone is just sooo friendly. I hadn't done fitness for a while, Lost my job at the time and needed something....a friend was a PT here and said come try and I'm sooo glad I did! At the time was super scared to join here thinking only fit people workout here but it's honestly all fitness levels, shapes and sizes and it's like one big Tribe where you feel comfortable and can workout at your own pace, smash out the goals you have and just have fun whenever you are at a class. After a knee surgery 9 months later, I still can't do some exercises in class but we adapt it so it works for me/you as an individual. People say F45 is expensive however if you compare it to a PT it honestly matches up especially if you work out 3-4x a week. No thinking involved as you follow the screen, bonus. I highly recommend F45 Birkenhead as it's a 10/10 for me! Come down give it a try.

All the trainers push you and take the time to get to know you ultimately creating a strong sense of community within the gym! Wouldn't want to go anywhere else :)
