Fantastic experience: A genuinely supportive gym. The trainers are attentive and offer options to cater for injuries, which makes it feel inclusive and ensure safety. The variety of classes keeps things very interesting. I had my reservations about needing to book. However, a great way to schedule the workouts for the week and show up. The atmosphere of the classes keeps motivation ticking!

Fantastic experience: For years I tried to find my thing. I bounced between different gyms and exercise routines, but nothing ever truly stuck. On a whim, I signed up to HP after hearing about it through word of mouth — and I haven’t looked back since. I started with absolutely no idea how to use the equipment or what most of the exercises were. The trainers are incredibly attentive, always there to adjust your posture, guide your movements, or remind you what’s coming next. What really sets HP apart is the community. It’s so supportive and encouraging — everyone genuinely wants you to succeed. I’m completely hooked and would go every day of the week if I could!!! I highly recommend HP for all ages and stages of life. These guys seriously rock!

Fantastic experience: I work out to keep moving and to gain the health benefits that regular exercise brings. I struggle with the motivation to do this on my own but I get great encouragement from exercising as part of a group class alongside like minded people. I enjoy the collegial and supportive atmosphere and I’d highly recommend HP Fitness to anyone looking for the same outcomes.

Fantastic experience: I have been with HP Fitness for 1 month now. I had never worked out with group sessions before, so this type of fitness was new to me, I was a little unsure on how it would work at first. I like that the bookable sessions creates accountability and ensures the groups are not too full, therefore there is enough equipment for everyone. The instructors are always there for support and really help guide to ensure you are carrying out each exercise properly. Whatever session you go to the whole team are friendly and help support and motivate each other. Each session is different so there is never a chance to get bored. I have been to HP Fitness more times in the last month than to any other exercise session or gym in the last 5 yrs put together. I would certainly recommend HP Fitness over anything else I have ever tried.

Fantastic experience: My own experience for the last 6 months has honestly been awesome at HP Fitness. The trainers are what makes the place with their crazy format of workouts, and sometimes I stand there thinking what the… BUT still I show up and do it! And feel fabulous afterwards! Fantastic experience: I joined HP Fitness a year ago. I have never been to a gym for a workout before, it wasn't my thing. I was going fhrough a divorce settlement & I needed something to focus on to get me through. I have a knee & shoulder injury. The trainers are fantastic & they swap out exercises I can't do because of my injuries. They are extremely supportive, friendly & are always there to help you with your technique. Members at HP Fitness are all ages, shapes & sizes & no-one cares as we are all there for one reason or another. We have a few laughs, but are focused on our targets. I've lost 10kg, toned up & in a good headspace. I'm going to HP Fitness for 4 nights & 1 morning. I feel real happy with what I have achieved & I'm getting close to my target weight . I am extremely proud of what this young couple have achieved in a short space of time. With winning 3 awards recently at the North West Business awards. I recommend anyone thinking about joining are a bit scared or wary, don't be. I was scared about how I looked & working out with a group of people. I haven't looked back. HP Fitness is the place to see & join. The 3 awards say it all!! Thank-you to the trainers & Blake working hard behind the scenes to nake sure it all runs smoothly. Fantastic experience: If Google gave me the option of more then 5 stars then I would give them more. They are so much more then a gym. They are a group of amazing people. The owners are awsome, the classes are great, always something different. Love the community, the members are awesome along with the staff there is always something to have a laugh about. I found this gym on google when i was recovering from foot surgery and so glad i did. So good for the mental health meet alot of cool people lots of support and help is always there if you need modifications or substitute excerises for injuries and recovery from surgeries. 100% recommend this gym and it is close to home too keep up the good work team. You guys are the best

Fantastic experience: Never having been a fan of gyms I am so surprised at how I think I might be addicted to these classes! Since joining HP Fitness my fitness and strength have improved dramatically. I have also lost weight thanks to the 6 week challenge which was so motivating. Fantastic experience: Im not a gym person but this place has changed my whole perspective on gyms! Going in with a damaged disc in my neck and nerve impingement i was nervious but Hayley and the team really know how to help people with severe injusries get fit recover and feel motivated again. I cant say enough about how amazing this place is!! Get in and have a go you wont regret it!!!

Fantastic experience: As someone who isn't keen on the gym and struggles with body image and feeling judged I was surprised at the environment they have created. It's incredibly motivating and full of supportive people. No one cares what size you are or what you wear, the classes are well structured and easy to follow. Having no clue what I was doing I never had to stress as it's like having a personal training session every day you go. Having somewhere I can bring my kids was just a bonus that made it so much more manageable. Awesome place full with an epic atmosphere and too many amazing classes to choose from.

Positive experience: Im not impressed with the support that this business has. They advertise hard core for new members, recently joined and did two classes with them. Haven’t been back due to was unable to walk after legs day (lol normal) but then lead to medical illness and haven’t been back. No support asking where are you or how have you been? Like for a company looking after health surely follow up communication would be appreciated.

Fantastic experience: HP is an awesome gym. I'm recovering from a hip injury (not gym related) and had to take time off any exercise. I'm now finally allowed to return to the gym but am only allowed to use my core and upper body. Hayley has put my mind at ease and has in her own time found me exercises that I can switch out so that I can still attend all the classes she takes. These guys are really accommodating. Putting my membership on hold was never a problem and Blake would message me to see how my injury was going. Thanks guys

Fantastic experience: Super awesome group based gym. Absolutely love the well planned out daily workouts. I also love how, the staff will point out if you need to correct your form before you may cause harm to yourself. Super clean gym and well organized. The staff, is totally caring about their clients. Fantastic experience: I've just started at HP with a goal to build muscle and loose fat. My first workout was SWEATY being new to the gym, i appreciate the coaches support; checking my form and reminding me of the moves, checking for injuries etc. I like that i have to book into a class on the app, check-in, and turn up otherwise I might get a call; consistency and motivation are things I often lack when it comes to working out so i feel this helps hold me accountable, nd bcoz my work schedule changes I like being able to book in advance. The gym floor was spacious, the equipment was new, the music was pumping. I LOVE that they have a kids area, my son is a hurricane but I know he'll enjoy it and being able to watch me workout. I highly recommend HP, especially if you're sitting on the fence about your fitness goals, HP is the place to start!

Fantastic experience: All my life I have struggled with exercise and putting myself out there. After just a couple of sessions at HP Fitness my confidence has skyrocketed. I also struggle with a couple of injuries and Hayley does her best to adjust any workouts that you may struggle with to accomodate said injury which is not something you would get in a regular gym. They are committed to helping you meet your goals and work with you one on one even when they don’t have too. Hayley and Blake treat all their members as family and HP fitness is just that. They have recently moved into a new space and after just a couple of weeks of being open have great cohesion and effectiveness of workouts. Hayley always motivates you and makes you do the best you can do. And the new babies area in the new space is a great addition for all the mummas wanting to get back out there! I highly recommend to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I have never enjoyed exercising at a gym so much! You just turn up and it’s all organised for you (great for a mum). The workouts are awesome and I have already noticeably lost weight in the two months I’ve been here, with only recently changing from 2 sessions a week to unlimited. The HP team have created this space that is so warm, fun and just feels like another home. All the members are amazing and welcoming. A bonus, The new space has a little kids corner too so you can work out while your little ones play. If you’re thinking of joining. You should!

Fantastic experience: Best place to go for an amazing fun workout and support. After only 6 weeks I've gone from hardly being able to run or jump, to completing full workouts, increasing strength, fitness and self esteem along with being well on my way to my goal weight. All the other members are warm and welcoming, encouraging each other with lots of laughs as well

The class-based workouts are super effective and change from time to time, keeping things exciting and engaging. I've always loved strength training, so the classes suit me perfectly. Hayley and Blake are always there to ensure you're well looked after. As a trainer, Hayley's great at consistently looking out for your form, helping you out, and encouraging you to push yourself. The community is amazing too - everyone's so welcoming, friendly, and supportive. I really appreciate the close-knit environment. Fantastic experience: I had a two week free trial at HP fitness a few months ago. I had not visited the gym in a while and was recovering from shoulder surgery so I was a bit anxious.Haley and Cam were amazing in supporting me and finding alternative exercises if I could cope.Now my wife and I attend the gym together and we love it. Blake,Hayley and Cam are awesome and very encouraging, always motivating us to do better. The gym members are all so friendly and encouraging as well. I would suggest that you try it ,you will not be disappointed. I look forward to going to the gym every week.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with HP Fitness since Feb 2024, the atmosphere is high, friendly and supportive. I’ve really enjoyed the social side of being in a group fitness gym - they have created a really lovely community. I came from a commercial gym and my knowledge on exercise and movements were based on my own research. I have really enjoyed expanding that knowledge, learning new movements/exercises and working on form with Hayley - She is filled with knowledge and knows when to give you that extra push (beware she loves a good Bulgarian split ) Blake has great communication and is easily approachable making sorting admin or any queries out really easy. I would highly recommend HP Fitness whether you are a beginner or advance.

Fantastic experience: HP fitness has been the absolute best thing for my mental and physical health. Starting a fitness journey with no experience and a back injury was daunting but with Hayley’s expertise and knowledge she has guided me with good form and changed exercises to support my injury. I have now seen a significant decease in pain. Both Hayley and Blake have created the most safe, welcoming and fun space. I look forward to my sessions each week and always leave feeling stronger and full happy endorphins. Couldn’t recommend HP fitness enough :)
