Fantastic experience: Was visiting mum and dad from Melbourne and was desperate for a train found this little gem. Mean little gym. Love the old school vibes it has. Owner and members are all so welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be hitting it up every visit.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff, place is clean and the cardio room is awesome with the Step Up classes every Monday and Wednesday 5pm. Definitely recommend this place if your wanting to move into a facility to work on your body goals, Rawiri is awesome at helping with PT sessions to get you started and the people are friendly inside the Gym.
