Negative experience: I recently had a disappointing experience with this online supplement shop. I placed an order on April 4th, 2024, expecting a timely delivery. However, I received a notification today, May 10th, indicating that my order will only be ready to send out next week, despite being within the UK. To make matters worse, one of the items I ordered won't be available until May 24th, 2024. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering that it was intended as a gift, and I had assumed it would have been delivered over a month ago. This delay has not only inconvenienced me but also tarnished my impression of the shop's reliability and service quality.
