Fantastic experience: I moved to Cromwell a little over a year ago from Auckland. I was a member of one of the big gyms up there, so I wasn't sure what to expect from a smaller gym moving here. I have to say I am more than impressed. This gym has everything you could want, and super friendly staff. The gym is one of my happy places. I'm stoked I found this one. If you are just getting into fitness or an experienced gym goer you have to give these guys a visit. You won't regret it, you might even find yourself hooked again like me.

Fantastic experience: Very nice welcoming and good atmosphere at the gym. Available any time of the day using gym master app. Even got a coffee voucher after 25 visits. 3 toilets and 3 showers. Very satisfied with the gym.

Fantastic experience: Last time I was going to a gym it was to do 'Jazzercise" classes in 1984! Alot of you won't even know what that is. Now as a Senior member of society I have been participating in a Gym trial for 6 weeks so far, AND I Love it! The Team at Central Fitness, Cromwell are Super friendly, helpful, encouraging and inspiring. The space is Welcoming, Cool on the hot days and very up to date and the Surfing Videos are Spectacular Get in there and give it a go.

Fantastic experience: Wow how can I even find the words to describe this gym.. This is the Dalai Lama of fitness facilities, the crème de la crème of customer service, an iron paradise for clangin’ and bangin’, I cannot recommend it highly enough. Alex and Jonny are outstanding owners and really know how to make a brother feel welcome. I’m getting so jacked this summer

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, has every equipment you'd ever need, punching bag included. The staff is as friendly as can be, very helpful with membership questions and cancellations as well. If I was to live in cromwell forever, I'd be going to that gym until the very day that I'd die. 5 stars for me no questions asked, I'd give a 6th if possible. German quality standards and expectations not only met, but even exceeded.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Central Fitness for over a year now. The owners and other members are always friendly which makes for a great environment. The PT's are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people. I started out doing the PBKB class with Will. It was an awesome class to get my fitness back up scratch. Will also offers other classes (Barbell 102) which have taken my lifting skills to the next level with PB's across the board. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe.
Fantastic experience: Love the gym, my training is good range of powerlifting and body building and the equipment there is perfect for any style of training. Good lighting and the owners and really good people, would definitely recommend if in Cromwell.
