The overall impression is one of cleanliness and safety. The accompanying areas are comfortable, making it a great place to bring children to expend their energy and foster a spirit of challenge.

Fantastic experience: Large & impressive facility. Very reasonably priced. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend whether you're a seasoned climber or brand new. Very friendly and welcoming environment.

Fantastic experience: Amazing facility, plenty of space and clean! The gym upstairs is also great and staff are friendly. ‍♀️ There are also some board games in the sitting area and a couple of foosball tables which are good fun. Very happy staying here for a good few hours.

Fantastic experience: Excellent. All safety covered. Our Grandson had his 6th birthday there. It was fun for them. They have a separate room you can hire for celebrations. You can decorate it yourselves.

Negative experience: Visited again last week. Setting has gone downhill. Not much care for V5 and above at all, bad climbs with not much inspiration. Some weeks they only set to a V6... Seems to be very commercial, only for beginners. If you are more experienced climber don't come here. Plus is the gym upstairs, good facility and actually has AC working. The main gym space has no AC or doors open, so gets very hot and stuffy. I see why many climbers need to bring own fan. We went during winter too, so dont recommend going in summer!!

Fantastic experience: Love visiting BoulderCo, it's an absolute highlight of the week for us. We have been made to feel welcome here right from day one, with staff regularly taking time out to come over and offer help on technique, beta or just have a chat. The upstairs gym is well set up and the kids area is great. My daughter has a short attention span but the kids' climbing instructor, Dan, is amazing at communicating with the young ones and explaining things in a relatable way to them. She has improved so much from attending the kids classes. We've often eaten here too and the food is great.

Fantastic experience: Huge place with interesting routes for every level (maybe not the pros ). In the evening it gets very crowded but still there is space and you don’t need to wait that much to try boulders. Cabinets and bathrooms could be cleaned more often Staff is very friendly with a smile

Positive experience: Thoroughly enjoyed myself with family yesterday at your premises, would recommend as a fun activity, friendly staff, thanks for the use of the new shoes . Really challenged myself as an older woman , found it gave me a new found interest. Coffee was nice , just felt the wet cloth could come out to take the dust of the cabinets , etc cleanliness is next to godliness

Negative experience: The staff seem to despise you. There was once one staff member who served me after his colleagues saw me then turned around and ignored me to chat with each other. And he actually gave me a smile too! (Smiles are rare here; expect them to always look like they think they have somewhere better to be). But for the most part they completely ignore you, and try their best to make sure you know that they don’t want to waste their time serving you or even greeting you. Go to northern rocks. The setting is better there anyway.

Fantastic experience: THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. I am not lying, the staff are so friendly and helpful. They are easy to work with and they teach you how to fall properly. I just love this place, I love the levels and everything about it. 10 out of 10 go here people.

Fantastic experience: The place is huge! I spent 1.5 hours here (can be longer if my friend asked me to stop and move on hahaha). It might be a busy day since it was a great sunny day and yet I don’t feel the place was crowded. The space is so airy I don’t feel suffocated. I feel the boulder routes are more difficult than the one at Auckland Climbing Gym, which is fun for me. The vibe is also comforting and welcoming for a beginner like me. I wish it was located more towards CBD so I can be here more often.

Fantastic experience: Love this indoor rock climbing spot! Huge space, toddler area with a slide, and a vibrant atmosphere with people of all ages.

Fantastic experience: Very challenging place with a big range of difficulties. They also have a gym and food there too, so it’s a great place to get fit.

Positive experience: Pretty cool, lots or routes, kinda commerical. Happy they had vegan options!! Holds could do with more frequent cleaning... Many routes were super slippery.

Fantastic experience: This place is so cool! Such a massive space and a really energetic vibe with lots of people climbing and hanging out. I’m a complete beginner climber and not very strong but there were lots of beginner level climbs for me to try. All the climbs were ranked on difficulty so it’s easy to know which ones to try first. Everyone is really respectful of your space and supportive of one another. The owner was SUPER lovely and gave a great induction to bouldering. The other staff were really friendly too. There’s also a great selection of food and barista made coffee! And a bar! But no climbing allowed after you’ve had alcohol FYI. This place is totally worth a visit even if you’re not a local

Fantastic experience: So much fun and you get a lot for the price you pay. The shoe hire also a reasonable price. The walls change regularly and the staff and very kind and helpful. I love to come here!

Fantastic experience: Great place to go. Everything you need is here, and the food is good too. Thanks for the response! You're doing a great job. My friends and I love this place. There's always something new to climb on, and the climbs stay long enough for us to work on them. We've been saying that if we were to create a climbing gym like this, we'd add an ice bath and sauna. One personal suggestion: when I walk in and see pies in the warmer that look like they've been sitting around for half the day, it's a bit off-putting. Other than that, the place is a 10 out of 10.

Negative experience: Waited for more than 20 mins prior to being attended to by the staff. We had to call the attention of the staff who completely just ignored us like we were not there. This is the most unfriendly and unprofessional bouldering place we have been into.

Fantastic experience: Awesome spot for testing physical and mental strength. I took my three kids here, 10, 7 and 4. They obviously could not door too much but loved the climbing wall at the slide area. Something different from the usual Clip and Climb. We'll be back because the layout it awesome. I could have a coffee at the cafe while I watched the kids. They even do a sensory quiet hr which I thought was very inclusive. Staff were friendly and helpful in running you through the whole place.

Fantastic experience: Great for my girls to burn off that monkey energy. Staff pass the vibe check, great place to take your kids have some lunch and kick back. I recommend it as a wicked activity for beginners or experienced climbers and suitable for most ages.

Fantastic experience: Great huge facility with plenty of routes to start and to progress. As a new to the sport, I’ve found this a very beginner friendly, easy routes are flatter and have good grip and you can progress into more challenging routes with more technical and narrow grips.

Fantastic experience: Been climbing here for quite awhile, it’s a great gym! It’s such a big space which has been well utilised to include a great variety of walls for just about any style of problem. They’ve also got a campus board, a spray wall and two moon boards (25&45 degrees). Hard to get bored climbing there! The setting is also really interesting and fun, though it’s pretty dry they’ve only got dudes doing it, bit old fashioned lol. There is also a well equipped gym upstairs, which is such a plus for the already reasonably priced membership. On top of all that they’ve got a cafe, which has great vegan options if you’re into that coffee is… ok. Gets really busy at peak times, so if you’re prone to over stimulation would recommend going during the day, it’s a lot more quite.
