Fantastic experience: Fantastic training facility, people, coach and support! I’ve never been a gym type person… but here I can work at my own pace, push when I want - receive amazing feedback on technique, and tips & tricks on how to do better. And most importantly, that is why I come back and don’t give up after a couple weeks. Special shout to Lee and Laurence for really making this a fun place to go to whether it’s at 5 am or after work they’re always in good spirits to get you through the training which just feels really good! Thanks team!! Keep going and see you tomorrow again

Fantastic experience: Now THIS is a REAL(istic) gym. By far, the most inclusive and diversed gym I’ve been to. Real people from all walks of life with real bodies and a determination like no other. Gym owners Lawrence and Karen set a high work ethic standard that sets the bar and tone for the coaches and members. They run a tight ship and always maintain that welcoming, supportive, respectful, friendly atmosphere. But don’t undermine the smile and witty jokes, they will push you so get ready to get out of your comfort zone. I feel so safe here, and I love the culture this gym has built, you can tell it’s built with a lot of love and passion behind it. Incredible coaches- Louise, Matt, Rosa, Aria (and let’s not forget the magnificent Ivy who was my first coach when I came in!) will always greet and acknowledge you in every class and keep a close eye on your technique and challenge your strength. This is my third month in and so many achievements already. I know I’ll be here for a long time!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member here since it opened. Switched from CrossFit West Auckland as F45 was closer to our house, and so glad I did. I loved CrossFit but sometimes the perceived competition was a bit of a drawback. This doesn’t exist for me here, I just turn up, work hard and feel great all day. I’ve done 3 “challenges”, had 2 children, made it through lock down and changed jobs, but keep coming to this gym and community. Very supportive of young families who work and train!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend f45 hobsonville. Lawrence and the team provide such a friendly and fun motivating environment. The workouts are fun and challenging and the trainers are awesome and supportive.

Negative experience: For the amount of money you’d pay it’s a very average gym with mal trained staff who mostly encourage you by clapping and filming rather than telling you what is the right way to do the move. The family who own the business are very sneaky to your privacy and personal life which make it uncomfortable to get along them. If you’d have a greetings to someone in the gym they might interrogate you ! More like a prison than a community as they always are watching you It was a misfortune and terrible mistake joining them. Possibly go find another 45

Great atmosphere, friendly members, awesome, fun and challenging workouts. Great if like me, you don't like regular gym routines and machines. Not 2 days are the same. Expect more than just a gym!

Fantastic experience: I came here this morning to do a trial class and wow, Lawrence the manager was amazing. So friendly and made me feel welcome immediately. The people in the class were really friendly too and the trainer was good. The gym is very clean, tidy and well organised. I signed up as soon as I got home. Great environment.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Hobsonville F45 for over a year now. A great team environment. The trainers are awesome and really motivating, especially Ivy! Would definitely recommend to those who don't like doing their own solo workouts at a regular gym and want to be apart of a team environment.

Fantastic experience: F45 Hobsonville is not only an exceptional gym with great facilities, heaps of equipment, and friendly and motivational trainers who take an interest in your progress, but Lawrence (the owner) creates a positive, warm and fun vibe that genuinely makes you want to get up and go!! Best decision I have made! An extra bonus is that because everyone is focusing on their own workout, there is no room for comparison or competition. I absolutely love it.

Fantastic experience: Such a friendly gym! Quite frankly I hate exercise, but this is the first time I’ve ever been excited to work out. The friendly team provide such an awesome atmosphere that the workouts go super fast. Lawrence the manager is really passionate about creating a community and it really shows. I’m impressed by how knowledgeable the trainers are and challenge you as you go. I had previously tried out other f45 gyms and they do no compare to how awesome hobsonville is. Thanks guys!
