Our founder Sam Alese started her journey as a trainer in 2006 qualifying in Fitness Instructing, Exercise & Fitness Knowledge and as a YMCA Gym instructor. She’s qualified in Pilates - Prenatal / Postnatal and All Skills. She teaches in multiple languages - English, Spanish, Italian - as well as British Sign Language (BSL) in support of the deaf community.
