Positive experience: Great place for ladies who want to get a good workout. Gym wasn't too crowded either. Only 10 people when I attended the session. Different equipments available but haven't seen any exercise machines such as rowing and skiing machines.

Fantastic experience: A friend recommended this place to me when i lived in Papakura. I now live in Manukau and still make it to most classes as its become a priority in my life. Straight off the bat I Loved it!! All the classes give you a good sweat and really challenge you to push further or lift heavier! The JFH ladies are all so welcoming and really enthusiastic! You are constantly surrounded by different ages, backgrounds and unique ladies who all bring guidance, advice or just a really good chat. The trainers you can tell are really passionate about what they do and are really out there to help you be the best you! I have found a place where i can be me, push myself further than i thought possible and not be judged but feel an overwhelming support, encouragement and a sense of achievement by the trainers, the JFH ladies and by me. I have finally found my Why, maybe this can be your Why too!!
