The gym itself is always very clean, filled with supplies and extra small things such as lollies and deodorant etc.. the gym goers are also extremely friendly which makes it a enjoyable place to train, the equipment is brand new, cardo area is great, and the Hyrox equipment is awesome too.

Fantastic experience: I'm a Personal Trainer at a different Flex Fitness but honestly, Westgate is just the BEST. I love both of course but Flex Fitness Westgate just feels so homely, the staff are awesome, there's new equipment regularly, it's always clean, never too crowded and the members generally keep to themselves but always friendly vibes. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: The cleanliness and tidiness of this facility are ALWAYS immaculate. The equipment is top tier and well maintained. The thoughtful extras in the women’s bathroom and extra gym equipment (eg. foam squares and multitude of bands), really enhance the experience. You can tell the owners and staff of this particular branch genuinely care about their needs of their members, beyond just training at a gym. The attentive staff contribute significantly to the welcoming atmosphere. Hannah, in particular, stands out with her bubbly personality and dedication to keeping the gym immaculate. She is always ready to lend a helping hand, which makes a big difference. Although Flex Westgate is smaller than some gyms, it is definitely top tier. I HIGHLY recommend this gym for anyone seeking an outstanding training environment!

Fantastic experience: Flex Westgate is an amazing gym. Hannah, the Club Manager, does a fantastic job of maintaining a gym that is always clean, tidy, the equipment is taken care of, the vibes are on point, and everyone is so friendly. I've been a member for almost a year and it's never overcrowded. I have rarely had to wait for a machine and, if I am, the other members are very considerate. I have always felt comfortable and safe training here (even at 4:00am). Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: 在Auckland体验过最好的健身房。之前几年一直在隔壁的大型连锁健身房，面积大但是每次要用器材要等好久，尤其是下班点，时间都花在等待上。犹豫了一下还是把会员换到这里，虽然费用更高但是事实证明绝对值得，器材设施更加高端舒适，场地也更加卫生安静，健身房周边的衣服帽子质量也很好。硬要说缺点就是拉伸的地垫比较有限。很多人会说花钱在健身房不值得，有个地方练就行了。但是我觉得对于初学者来说一个舒适安静的健身房真的让我比以前更想要来健身，增加了训练时间，收获更好的身体状态，比花几倍的钱去买衣服化妆品好得多。我觉得这是今年花的最值得的一笔钱，推荐给像我一样的初学者❤️

The vibe is comfortable and the members are lovely and respectful. It is a smaller gym but I also love that as it doesn’t get too busy during the day! Plenty of time and space to do things how you like when you like

Positive experience: very good gym with decent equipment and never too busy but the air conditioning is barely on after hours and it gets super musty in the evening, and the fan upstairs can't seem to be turned on when it gets stuffy and hot

Staff/PT’s are great and the gym has taken on feedback to upgrade air conditioning, change the layout and add more equipment. Would recommend to anyone new to training or looking to upgrade to a more premium facility.

Positive experience: The membership fee is higher than average, the environment is clean and neat. If there is a policy to forbid photo taken in changing room that would be great. I was very annoyed one day after my bath ,and two ladies walked in changin room,non-stop taking photos while I was still getting dressed.

Positive experience: Nice small gym. Not too many people even at the busy time. Still need some improvement in terms of facilities. More equipment and install a fan. It's quite hot when the afternoon sun heating the gym.

Negative experience: I had an induction and met with a PT - I explained to them that I am joining and will need a female trainer and after discussing their availability and charges I joined the gym. 2 weeks after this both female trainers left and I was stuck in a contract with the gym. I could have been informed of this during my inquiry as i specifically mentioned i’m after a female trainer. I did pay the fee for 2 months - but since they were not getting any new staff, I requested a cancellation - which was again a hassle. I would not recommend the Westgate branch. For the money you’re paying you would expect better customer service.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at this gym for a while now, and I must say, the experience is always top-notch. The receptionists are a big part of what makes this place so special. They consistently provide a warm and friendly welcome every time I walk through the door. Their smiles and positive attitude set the tone for a great workout. Positive experience: If you are into bodybuilding this is not the gym for you. Literally all of the weight machines are TechnoGym also the stairmaster is technogym too . However really modern good looking clean gym great for casuals.
