NewWave in the Community

We are experienced in both areas of fitness for adults and children alike. Coach Dan has worked with Children from 5-18 with and without additional needs for over 10 years. Coach Frazer is the owner of NewWave CrossFit and has been delivering fitness in a variety of forms for over 10 years. We are doing this through the use of our mobile gym. Kindly donated by Surrey police we have repurposed a Van to become fit for purpose. We want to remove the barriers of being able to get to a gym and make fitness happen where people are.
