Negative experience: Dumbbells are falling apart, massive chunks taken out of all the plates it’s hard to know wether or not your actually lifting the same weight, overpriced, no aircon so working out in summers a nightmare. All and all not worth 18 bucks a week

Negative experience: Gym has all the things you need but has way too many machines that dont get used most of them time, and not enough free weight area due to all the machines or workout equiptment cluttering the freeweight area. The fans arent pointing towards the free weight area which causes it to be very hot in summer.

Fantastic experience: Great 24-7 gym. I get there very early, usually only beaten by the cleaner (it's very clean). Machines are in good shape; everyone seems to do their thing while being mindful of others. I've never seen the place look untidy. Recommended.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and very down to earth, not like other gyms, good induction and programme for you (if needed). Richard (owner) is very informative and extremely good at explaining all machines and how they can benefit you...if you live in Helensville or surrounding areas and looking for a gym to join...this is for you.

Positive experience: Mostly standard gym with the usual cardio machines, a nice selection of weight machines and a basic free weights section. The staff are very helpful and went out of the way to get me sorted to get in after business hours.

Fantastic experience: I'm loving this gym especially since it's been refurbished and has all new machines and an awesome strength area with new barbells, dumbbells, squat racks etc. I like the mezzanine floor too for when I want to have some peace and quiet and do my stretches. Friendly staff and a really nice community feel to the place. It's awesome that it's open 24 hours too as there's no excuse not to work out!

Fantastic experience: More well-fitted-out than a lot of city gyms. Plenty of free weights and barbell stuff, plenty of machines, plenty of cardio, and decent room upstairs with mirrors for stretching/dance/yoga/etc. The price is very reasonable considering you get 24hour access. Good atmosphere, friendly people, great place to work out.
