From fitness to competition level technique(Kids and Adults). Staff n coaches are friendly so ask questions if you want more depth in the skill they are experienced in. Show up put in the work n rounds and watch your progress begin.

Fantastic experience: My Family and I started working out together since December! I couldn’t recommend more of people Joining Oliver MMA New Lynn. Here are few reasons why! 1. First of all excellent programming for strength & conditioning by Kurt (KW Strength) 2. Excellent coaching for Kickboxing by Zeph, Shaneel & Prashanth ( Meant for beginners) 3. I couldn’t stress this enough, If you want to improve your Jiujitsu please try these guys! I’ve got the pleasure of learning from the best, Coach Oliver , Dove , Leo , Derrick & Josh. Everyone is so friendly and happy to help you always! I’m sure my kids will start wrestling and Jiujitsu soon too .

Fantastic experience: Great gym for martial arts and strength training. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great range of classes for adults and kids as well as lots of opportunities to use the facilities during non-class times.

Fantastic experience: Oliver MMA HQ in New Lynn is the best gym for MMA, BJJ, kickboxing, wrestling, and workouts! The coaches are great and help everyone get better, no matter if you’re new or already good. I’ve been doing BJJ here, and the classes are fun, tough, and help me learn a lot. The gym is super clean and has a great vibe. Coach Steve and the team care about everyone, and they even have classes for kids. It’s great for families too! If you want a gym in Auckland for MMA, BJJ, kickboxing, wrestling, or just getting fit, this is the best place. The people are friendly, the energy is awesome, and it’s a lot of fun. I highly recommend it!

Negative experience: As nice as the young guy was he didnt have a clue on what service they provided could only show me a time table to come back later not good enough took my business elsewhere

Negative experience: PHONEX IS 16 AND ALL HE HAS DONE WITH HIS TRAINING IS BEAT HID MOTHER UP AND GIVEN HER BLACK EYES AND he THINKS HES ABOVE THE LAW AND IS INVINCIBLE!! BAD BAD PLACE

Negative experience: Very inconsiderate of the neighbour's, they play extremely loud music early in the morning while leaving the door of the gym wide open. They donot even have a number you could call to tell them lower down the music vol. PLEASE turn don the music volume. The loud music can be heard from miles away.

Mental and physical health play a bigger factor in keeping people's immune system safe than a jab which is being offered alongside complimentary junk food.

Negative experience: My wife and grandson went to enrol and the woman in charge at the desk was unobliging, arrogant and rude in her treatment of her. She did not offer any time that our grandson could possibly enrol, basically giving a ‘If I get time, I might let you know’ answer. No customer relations etiquette at all. If these are the standards they employ across the entire gym, then maybe it’s better to not have your children there under this sort of influence.
