Hello to you all. A quick bit about me. My name is James, and I am a P.T. with passion. I have been a distance Runner; a cyclist; and a Gym bunny all my life. Getting my P.T. Level3 diploma is confirmation of all my years of experience in this business.... Now what can I do for YOU! I offer bespoke, tailored exercise programmes for my clients. Combining exercises and disciplines that you enjoy the most, with Technique, and challenging workouts. You benefit from enjoyable routines that help your Mind, body, and Goals, no matter what they are. I can also assist with Nutritional guidance using the British “Eat well” guide, to help enhance any weight loss / Control. I also offer running tuition, I also have my own Spinning & Circuits classes.
