Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this club for two years now. Over that time period, I have meet some great and friendly people and developed strong martial art techniques and skills, in the disciplines of Kick-Boxing and Sin Moo Hapkido. I have also learnt important characteristics such as Respect, Diligence, Focus, Perseverance, Modesty and Humbleness. Which are important traits to possess in a person's journey through life. The class itself never gets tiresome, as the head instructors Ferdia and Jessica Grant, use a variety of different dynamic exercise routines, that focuses on Strength, Fitness, Suppleness and Conditioning. Also a variety of pad-work, combinations and defenses, team/partner exercises, circuit training and sparring, also makes the class exciting and unpredictable. Overall, although bias been a member, I would strongly recommend anyone to join the club.
