Glasgow Fitness LAB

The Fitness LAB provides sports therapy, personal training and small group female fitness classes out of our private studio based in Anniesland. We specialise in sports massage and have worked with a range of different sports and athletes to ensure they have the best possible training and competition performances. We also provide a range of personal training and group fitness services. We have extensive knowledge in martial arts and weightlifting training and workouts can be catered to all abilities.
