Our CrossFit classes take place in a semi - outdoor space, Sweatbox Yard. The Yard has been specifically design for year round open air training. Partly covered, for protection against the elements, yet fully open. It’s the only training space of its kind in the UK.
CrossFit classes blend traditional weight lifting, gymnastic techniques, cardio & fitness training to make you the fitness and strongest you possible.
