Box Cardio

Fantastic experience: Been going to Box Cardio since just before Christmas and can’t recommend it enough! I’ve been doing 1-2-1 sessions with Jamie and each week I get a great workout in a great environment. He’s very knowledgeable and professional but also fun and personable and every week he is ready with a program of combos and mat work to keep each session fun - makes the workout interesting as you never know what’s coming apart from a good workout!!! 100%! Not going to lie, it’s hard work but for a busy working Mum like me, it’s a great way to end my week and I ALWAYS feel energised and fit and I’m looking forward to the results over the coming months!
