Here at JBD Fitness & Dance, we can help you look better, feel better & move better, through fitness dance & nutrition. We run a mix of in person and online classes, which range from Fitness Pilates to resistance training for midlife ladies, Members feel empowered, strong, supported and lose inches & feel so much fitter.
