Our Wokingham Martial Arts Classes bring you the best training methods of each individual martial art, of which we combine together into our own unique way of teaching and training. These classes include Boxing, Muay Thai and MMA Classes in Wokingham. We have a choice of classes running from Monday to Saturday, including Martial Arts, K1, Taekwondo, Karate, Boxing & Fitness. Whether you’re a newbie to fitness or seasoned martial artist, we run classes to educate, inspire and push you beyond your limits. Our fully qualified, CRB approved instructors will support you throughout your journey. Fantastic experience: My son gets so much out of these classes. He learns self defence, respect and responsibility, on top of the kick boxing techniques, and the exercise. He has so much fun, and comes out of class buzzing every week. Thanks Focus. Highly recommended!
