Negative experience: The gym needs big attention from the management, lockers are not working, used to have three toilets one of them is closed for maintenance for months !!! Problem that can be fixed in few hours lasts for months.. many machines if had some problems will never be fixed ..

Negative experience: Still dirty old flooring! Crowded as usual! Same rough attitude of PTs I believe this branch is the least in good reviews. Where is the administration from all these bad reviews? Don't they read and follow branches performance!??

Negative experience: صراحة أسوأ جيم بابو ظبي مافي أخلاقيات للتعامل من المدربات ولا تعاون الا عدد ٢ او ثلاثه ويورطونا بالاشتراك برايفت وبالاخر مافي ضمير ولا تعاون بس راح عليا الاشتراك وما تعاونت معايا المدربه إسراء ضيعت عليا الحصص ما سجلت اني مرضى مع اني طرشت لها التقرير الطبي اشتركت وضيعت عليا نصف الحصص غير التافف طول مدة الحصه كأنها تمن عليا وغيرها كتير والي تركض ورانا لأخذ الادوات بكل عدم احترام لنا مثل خلود وغيرهم طبعا الي نشترك معاها من ورا اداره الجيم وتاخد فلوس عالفاضي والله ما عرفت لهم طريقه للتعامل قررت ما ادخل الجيم هذا طول عمري ابدا حتى الادراة ما تسمع لاي شكوى ومحتفظين بمدربات شعار سيء للجيم

Negative experience: What I hate is that you do not have transparency when it comes to offers or discounts. I asked do you have fazaa but you said no then I discover from a friend that you have fazaa discount! Last year one trainer told me a price per package while another gave me different price for the same package and when I asked they told me prices change from time to time!!! You need to replace the damaged machines and you need to replace flooring or to wash it! Gyms are highly transmitted place for infections.

Negative experience: The floor is dirty with mold, this place needs to change their flooring.

Fantastic experience: The gym has variety of machines and well maintained equipments what really sets it apart is the community and cleanliness,. I've been working with coach Jumana and I've seen great results. She is knowledgeable, motivating and supportive. She helped me improve my form. Big love for coach Jumana

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience training here! I booked 12 sessions and my trainer, Sawmte, truly brought me back into my fit girl zone. She pushed me, encouraged me, and understood my goals from day one. Every session was challenging in the best way, and she always showed up with great energy and professionalism. She even hooked me up with a pre-workout that does absolute wonders, honestly a real game changer for my energy and performance. What I love the most is that even after my sessions ended, Sawmte still guides me. She checks in, gives advice, and makes sure I’m staying on track. That level of dedication is rare. Even with my “no-show moments” she never gave up on me. She kept motivating me, reminding me why I started, and helping me stay consistent. Fantastic experience: My experience at Fitness First in Bawabat Al Sharq Mall is absolutely amazing. The gym is very spacious, always clean, and well-organized. The atmosphere is motivating and comfortable, with a wide variety of equipment that suits all types of workouts and fitness levels. Although some of the equipment is a bit old, it’s still in good condition and very well arranged, making workouts smooth and enjoyable. The staff are very polite, friendly, and always ready to help, which makes the whole environment welcoming and positive. I’d especially like to mention my coach, Captain Gladhz. She is incredibly kind, supportive, and patient. She truly understands what I want for my body and what I need to reach my goals. She always provides a great variety of workouts and never keeps me at the same level she continuously adjusts and challenges me in ways that perfectly match my body and progress. Her guidance keeps me motivated and confident every single session. Overall, this gym combines cleanliness, great organization, and excellent staff. Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a gym with top-notch equipment this is it, fitness first is only for ladies and we are like a team working together, i have never ever been to a gym and worked out so I mainly started with the classes they have, and talking about the trainers they are simply outstanding overall. I personally love coach Radwa who truly cares about your well-being. Whenever she is around she is willing to help all the time. Even if you dnt know what to do with the equipment in the gym. U can ask a coach to assist you. Shout out too all the coach's you all are a big inspiration to Us. Special thank you goes to coach, Radwa (Radwa Belal Ali) for making my fitness journey so enjoyable! Keep it up ladies !!!

Negative experience: My wife had a very bad experience she's got insulted by one of an egyptian coach there and actually when i told the story to one of my friend he told me that his wife also faced the same thing and she noticed that most of coaches there acted in a materiliastic way and she changed the gym within few days .i recommend you to choose coaches who are not materialsitc and to keep an eye on them while they are in contact with the customers

Negative experience: الموظفات غير متعاونااات نهائياً واخلاقهم سيئه ولا يتقبلون النقاش حتى يعني مسجله انا وبنت اختي وبدال لا نوفر وقت هي تتسبح وانا اروح اتمرن لازم انتظر بالمسبح لين تخلص سباحه لان عمرها 15 ويضيع من وقتي نص ساعه كامله وبالمقابل لو غرقت لاسمح الله المنقذه هي اللي بتنقذها مب انا ، مافهم مين اللي حاط هالقانون قمه بالغباااااء وحاولت اكلم الرسبشن ولاعندهم سبب مقنع بس يقولون هذي قوانين اتمنى تعيدون النظر بالقوانين اللي مالها معنى وبس تضيع وقت المشترك فوق الزحمه وفوضى المكان وقباحه الجم بعد قوانين مالها معنى

Negative experience: I am so disappointed about my experience because I have been insulted by one of the coaches and once I informed that to the people who must be concerned and talked to the customer services many times I didn't receive any apology. We are in the gym here to feel relaxed not to have been insulted I hope to take into consideration my review.

Positive experience: Every class with Coach Wesal is a boost of happiness and energy. Whether it’s Zumba, Zumba Step, or the special events she arranges, she always manages to make it fun, dynamic, and unforgettable

Negative experience: Despite paying thousands to enroll , even a proper water dispenser are not there, the one in the gym are broken and not hygienic also most of the closets are broken , i wish they focus in the small details and enchant it , also the coaches are rude, i dont know what’s her name but i think it should be a standard behavior all should follow and make the members their priority , i dont feel this way , i need to go to place make me feel comfortable not annoyed.

Negative experience: The worst experience ever. The staff act like they’re doing you a favor and behave accordingly. Their attitude was extremely poor. I had only requested a one-day trial, and the employee refused for no reason and acted foolishly while laughing. When I told her there was nothing funny, she got irritated. Very unprofessional behavior. I will never consider repeating this experience. اسوء جم في الحياه واللي يدامون ماشي اسوء من تعاملهم غير الروايح ولوعة الكبد

Fantastic experience: Alma is honestly the best! She really focuses on what my body needs and I saw results in the first month. Been with her for 3 months now and just renewed. If you love yourself and your body, go train with Alma ،،you won’t regret it!

Negative experience: سجلت والدتي في النادي كبيرة بالسن ومعاها مشكلة صحية في ظهرها ومحتاجة للسباحة فقط .. المسبح في مشكلة وما بيتصلح معهم من اكتر من ٧ ايام اليوم اتصلت لتجميد العضوية الى حين الانتهاء من الصيانة فقالو لازم ادفع رسوم للتجميد والاسبوع الي ما وقفت فيه بسبب الصيانه راح من ضمن اشتراكي .. السياسة سيئة ليش انا بسبب عطل من طرف النادي اتكفل بخصم اسبوع ورسوم تجميد اسبوعين ؟ المفروض يكون التعامل راقي من طرفكم وتجمدوا العضوية مع تعويض الوقت الضائع بسبب عطل من طرفكم وليس من طرف الاعضاء

Negative experience: رسبشن الجم ينرفزون الواحد قلت لهم متى يفتحون المسبح قالو لي باجر يتهم بعد يومين بعده مسكر يوم رحت كلمتهم مره ثانيه على اساس انه المفروض يكونون فاتحينه قالو لا من قالج بيفتحون بعد 3 ايام وايد بطيئين الصراحه كل ما اختربت اله او شي يطولوووون لين ما يعدلونه و يخرطون ع الناس يقولون باجر و باجر اخر مره اشترك عندهم الصراحه انتضر يخلص اشتراكي و اشرد

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training solo at Fitness First Bawabat Al Sharq for two months now, and it’s been a great experience. The gym is clean, well-maintained, and never feels overcrowded, even during peak hours. The equipments are old but good and well-organized, making it easy to get in and focus on my workout without distractions. I don’t take classes or work with trainers, but I’ve found everything I need to stay consistent and motivated on my own. Everyone here is so friendly and respectful. The staff and the trainers are all so helpful and welcoming. The locker area, the toilets and showers are all great. And I liked having a coffee machine free for members. The AC is great. I am feeling so comfortable in this place and already renewed my membership. Recommended for independent training.

Negative experience: Its the worst branch, there is no enough place to train and no space due to crowded people. The classes are in the same place of the machines. We cant focus due to noise, the crowded is whole day whenever i go any time its full of people.

Negative experience: This gym had the audacity to take 5000… just to traumatize me. Yep. Not 50. Not 500. FIVE. THOUSAND. For what?? Entry to hell with broken lockers, haunted gym machines, and customer service so cold it could freeze the sun? Let’s break it down: Lockers? Useless. I’ve seen plastic bags offer more security. People steal like it’s part of the membership benefits — “Join now and get robbed for free!” ️‍♀️ Equipment? Either broken, squeaking like tortured robots, or just… decorative. One of the machines literally vibrated like it was trying to throw me off and collect insurance money. ‍♂️ Staff? Legends in the art of doing nothing. You ask for help, they smile and say: “Inshallah we’ll fix it.” It’s been 84 years. STILL. NOTHING. FIXED. You could know them for 10 years and they’ll still treat you like a stranger who owes them money. And the worst crime of all? 5000 dirhams. For what? For rage? For dust? For broken promises and stolen water bottles? Honestly, this place isn’t a gym. It’s a very expensive horror story. I didn’t sign up for a workout — I signed up for betrayal, emotional damage, and a side of disappointment. Save your 5000. Buy a treadmill. Or a vacation. Or literally anything else. Just don’t give it to this gym of nightmares.

Negative experience: No enough spaces for free-style exercises. Lack of machines compared to the members. I never seen any weight in its correct place. Weight are never brought back so you always need to go around the gym to find the weight you need. Lack of safety; no enough space between heavy weight and machines which makes it hard to take a weight if someone is exercising nearby. Equipments are old and no variety of machines. They could use the space for better. It’s just and OK gym, not recommended.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great experience at Fitness First in BAS Mall, Baniyas. A special thanks to Ms. Viva at the reception—she’s always welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. Her friendly attitude really sets a positive tone for each visit. The group classes are also fantastic—well-organized, energetic, and led by motivating instructors. They make working out both fun and effective!

Negative experience: Finally I’m done with the membership. I couldn’t wait any longer since I had a bad experience here. The coaches are not very much approachable. They would look at you in very intimidating way. They wouldn’t help if you ask, they will literally tell you to return the weights even if you didn’t use it, i noticed they are only asking me to do this. One coach even took the weights I was using because she said she need it for her sets with other member/client. I was shocked. Shame on her. I’m the only Asian who goes to that gym. Mostly local ladies are there. For a year, i’ve never seen any other Asians there. Lol. Maybe because of the Coaches. There’s a very bad energy around there. Bad coaches. Bad energy. To name those coaches: ALMA CARRERA, NAJOUA OTMANI, KHELOUD ADEL. I WISH THEY COULD DO BETTER.

Positive experience: جيم متنوع بالكلاسات وتعامل جميل في الرسيبشن وكوتش مروى في جيم فتنس بوابة الشرق لطيفة جداً تساعد من حولها وارجوا ان يتم الغاء الحجز المسبق لبعض المشتركين والباقي لايستطيعون الحجز ليصبح الكلاس لايوجد فيه شاغر

Positive experience: The gym is generally ok. The biggest con is that it gets extremely crowded and there are not enough machines or space. Some coaches are very rude and will hog machines for up to an hour without using it, particularly coach Alma is rude.

Negative experience: الجم فيه وايد بنات يصورون ولا يراعون انهم يصورون اشخاص ثانييه بالغلط، ومع ان التصوير ممنوع الجم وفي لوح تبين هذا الشي إلا ان الادارة عاجزة انها تسوي شي.

Negative experience: This branch has potential, but several areas need improvement: the flooring is filled with dirty stains, machines are rusty, functional training area is disorganized. Also there was water dripping down on me from the ceiling while I was training which shows lack of proper maintenance. The cardio area is decent and has an adequate amount of equipments, but it requires more frequent cleaning and sanitation. The locker area is spacious and well-maintained. Overall, better hygiene and organization are needed to enhance the gym experience.

Negative experience: If I can give less than one star will do for sure. Coach jumana attitude with me as a member of Fitness first for such a long time was disrespectful front of all other members the way she spoke to me was not expectable at all. That was my second time in this branch in AUH and for sure the last.

Fantastic experience: This place is AWESOME and I just want to give 10 stars to the most amazing trainer: Sawmte G. at The Bawabat Al Sharq location in Baniyas who has changed my life. I can’t believe the progress and things I am now able to do that were completely impossible and just a dream before her. Everything has improved: strength, endurance, body and even my sleep. :) She has been the best investment I have ever made for me. Thank you fitness first for hiring such a wonderful trainer who both works and inspires me. And thank you for the all of the wonderful classes. Fantastic experience: Nice gym but the only thing they don’t have enough equipment or machines so u have to wait sometimes if someone is using it, I love their classes though the instructors are very energetic and inspiring. They have a big pool which a big advantage for swimmers.

Negative experience: اسوء تجربة ما بنصحكم أبدا والسعر جدا غالي على هيك مكان والنظافة صفررر واهم شي عندهم الفلوس والدفع ماديين جدا ولا يوجد اي خدمة او جودة مقابل الخدمات

Negative experience: تجربه جدًا سيئه حرام دفعت قيمة الاشتراك وكنت اروح رغم الزحمه والمكان كله بعوض مب نظيف، مكاين معطله، واللواكر خربانه بعد.. جددت اشتراكي لمدة ٣ اشهر والصدمه فكل مره اروح المكان حااار وكتمه وزحمه واغلب الاجهزه معطله.. خسرت مبلغ الاشتراك عالفاضي .. دام عندكم زحمه بهالشكل لاتقعدون تسوون بروموشن وتزيدونها كتمه.. حاولت اتواصل معاهم بخصوص كذا مشكله ابدًا مافي رد

Fantastic experience: مركز لياقة ممتاز

Negative experience: للأسف اني اشتركت لمدة ستة شهور في هذا الجيم وكانت تجربتي سيئة. المكان حار جدًا ولا يوجد تكييف مناسب، مما يجعل التمرين غير مريح. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، المكان غير نظيف والأجهزة قديمة ومعظمها معطلة. المدربات يهتممن فقط بالمتدربات المشتركات في برامجهن الخاصة ولا يوجد دعم أو مساعدة لبقية المشتركات. لن أكرر التجربة.. “Unfortunately, I subscribed for six months at this gym, and my experience was very disappointing. The place is extremely hot, with inadequate air conditioning, making it uncomfortable to work out. Additionally, the gym is not clean, the equipment is old, and most of it is broken. The trainers only care about those who are enrolled in their personal programs and provide no support or help to the other members. I won’t be repeating this experience.

Negative experience: جيم سيء مهمل لا نظافه لا ترتيب فوضى والمدربات اسوء شي فالجيم ونص الالات خربانه ماتشتغل لازم انتي تتكلمين ولا هم م بيعبرونج والكلاسات ما تفيدج مضيعه وقت مافي اهتمام

Negative experience: اسوء نادي لا انصح بتاتا الكلاسات دايما محجوزه شبه مستحيل تقدر تحجز دايما مقفلين. السعه الاستيعابية لا تتوافق مع العدد الذي يقبلون اخذ الرسوم منه . دايما زحمه و مافي مجال لاستعمال اي شي خساره مال و مستوي النظافه و الراحه صفر

Negative experience: Small gym, always crowded, smelly, hot, lack of cleanness & sanitization, classes are always full can’t find a slot to book, price not worth membership services.

Negative experience: غالى جدا وأسعار مبالغ فيها جدا

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. They purposely waste your time, talk in a rude manner, ignore clients, hide clients lost items and act like they don’t understand when you ask them for it. Not only are the receptionist are disrespectful, the management is twice as terrible. Horrible experience, would not recommend at all.

Negative experience: اول مره اشترك ولكن تجربة سيئة جداً ،، اكلاسات محجوزة ما في مجال تحجز ما في تعاون من قبل الطاقم الموجود الأجهزة لسيت معقمة و نظيفة ،، الخزاين معظمها ما تشتغل تاخذ وقت لحد ما تحصل خزينة عدله

Fantastic experience: It’s impossible for me to change this gym, and I’d like to thank Mr. Whiskey because he always helps me renew my membership. Thanks to him a million times, and I hope they give him a promotion. This will always be my favorite gym.

Positive experience: الجم ممتاز والمعدات جديدة ونظيفة. الكلاسات اللي عندهم روعه لكن المشكله مافي تنوع في اوقات الكلاسات، نفس الكلاسات تنعاد في نفس الاوقات. المدربة الخاصة اللي حطولي اياها همها كان مادي اكثر من انها تنفعني

Fantastic experience: I researched many gyms in my area before deciding on Fitness First. The main reason I chose FF is due to Sawmte. She was incredible from the beginning. I chose to sign up for private training classes with her and join based off our first meeting. She is very knowledgeable and took my previous rib injury into account when planning my training. After a few classes, I hurt my back moving boxes and she adjusted my training accordingly and helped me heal through exercise and stretching. She is motivating and creative with her training. I am challenged every session and I always feel like I have accomplished so much with every hour I spend with her. She is a star ⭐️ I have signed up for a second set of 12 sessions with her and, if I could continue to afford it, I would never let her go!! . It is my hope that FF will offer members a discount in future training packages, particularly if they have purchased more than one.

Positive experience: The Machines,Dress Area,Showers, the atmosphere and the parking.All of that makes the GYM is very good specifically in the morning time.

Fantastic experience: Fitness First At Bawabat Al Sharq mall is the best in Abu Dhabi , I love the Hydrokombat classes with trainer Mary Grace Flores , she’s the best trainer in all Abu Dhabi Branches with any Hydro classes , always active , motivating , smiling and pushing us to move ! Highly recommend !

Positive experience: I used 1 day pass because I had free time and wanted to get done with legs day. There is only 1 squat rack ! It is crowded! Way too many treadmills! Machines were okay. I only used legs extension. I had to buy the towel to shower. Shampoo and shower gel was there. All the staff members were nice and kind to me. Showers and toilets were clean. They had detergent sprays and tissues to wipe the machine after use. However, I am used to wet wipes in my gym. I would not join it.
