Fantastic experience: I would like to say a huge thank you to Chris at S7 for his understanding and for being an amazing gym proprietor. He was super helpful over the summer when my 16 year wanted to train at his gym, and he made membership allowances for my husband who is struggling with chemo side effects, and latterly, me with a broken foot. On top of that S7 is great value for money, 24hr access, safe and friendly, lovely selection of machines, super clean, and staff are always helpful and greet you with a smile. It’s worth every penny and more. As soon as we’re well, we’ll definitely be back!! Thank you to all at S7.

Fantastic experience: Best in the west

Fantastic experience: Pop Haverfordwest a few times a year to see my parents. Been looking for a gym to use while I'm here, this place didn't fail to deliver, great kit, great staff who were really helpful. Can't wait to go back Thanks S7 Fitness !

Fantastic experience: This is such a fantastic gym. The facilities are excellent and the staff are so amazing and helpful. It has a great vibe and is really incredible value for money.

Negative experience: The owner/manager parks their work van in the disabled bay every single day. When we parked in the staff bay as it was the only one that enabled me to get out they tried to tell us off. We explained the problem and he told me to come in and ask them to move the van next time and he'll happily do so. He told us that he "needs" to park it there to unload it. We explained that it is very difficult to get out of the car... which is why I need a disabled bay... so I won't be getting out, back in and out again just so he can abuse the only disabled bay. He said he'd do better but every time I tried to go there I couldn't park so we've had to give up.

Positive experience: Great place to go and work out. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would have given 5 stars but the showers and changing facilities smelt of urine and the floor was stained from urine.

Immaculate facilities, huge amount of kit accommodating for all abilities, open 24/7, some of the kindest people (staff) always going above and beyond for anything you need. This place has been a little haven for me and my girlfriend. Chris has created a real personal, friendly and welcoming environment. Gyms can be intimidating to some, anyone who is looking for somewhere I would recommend here with full confidence.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym and facilities, friendly staff. Clean and tidy, just a positive environment all round. The gym is excellently equipped and real athletes have clearly had the input on what's needed. Most definitely the best training centre I've experienced in Wales and most of beyond.

Fantastic experience: This gym is incredible. The facilities are excellent, clean and well maintained. The prices for membership and access are very reasonable...but the best part is the amazing staff. I was visiting for a week over Xmas and the team found a way for me to get 24 hour access over the festive period - even though it was outside of their normal membership plans. I love people who find a way to help their customers and I love this gym. Thank you guys!

Negative experience: Good gym bad customer service.. Unprofessional behaviour from the gym owner Quite a rude and hostile manner which made feel uncomfortable I left the gym and got into my car parked in the car park.The owner of the gym rushes off into the carpark after me and aggressively knocks on my car window and asks me to clean the treadmill I was using half an hour ago. Fine I acknowledge I forgot to clean the treadmill but this was extremely unprofessional .Hostile and aggressive as to why I hadn't cleaned the treadmill. (I barely go to this gym so wasnt totally up to date with their advances in Covid preventing policies that are keeping NHS safe lol ) Anyways he forced me out of my car in the car park and threatened that I familiarise myself with their cleaning rules or have my membership cancelled with no money back of course lol Since we are at it I will highlight why you should steer clear off this gym. Terrible customer service (doesn't exist) Extremely high price for what your getting here. It's charging the same as some of the top gyms in the country (virgin active/LA fitness ) and you pay upfront for the year so you can be threatened with having your membership cancelled anytime you forget to wipe the treadmill after use! Should have stuck to the leisure centre. And so should you! They may not have all the fancy equipment you will never use but have respectful human beings working there.

Fantastic experience: Amazing facility. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The facility is spotless and well equipped. They have the added bonus of having a popular hair and beauty salon and virtual golfing range too. Nothing quite like it in the county. 5 stars

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym, friendly staff, 10/10

Positive experience: My first time going there was no one behind the desk or answering the phone. If you dont have a key fob you cant get in, call first to save a wasted journey. It would be nice if there had been any mention of this on there website. Perhaps it could be written along side to information about single entry being available. That being said, this gym is amazing for anyone whose serious about getting fit, it's on a par with gyms I've been to in the USA, not as big but it has everything you need. The equipment is new and in good condition and a real focus has been put on function movement. Highly recommend, this could've easily been a 5 star review... but call first.
