Fantastic experience: Perfect

Fantastic experience: I didn't like the gym, but Anytime changed my mind. At first, I only went for the ballet classes, but now I go to the gym almost daily. The best gym experience I've ever had. Anytime is a vibrant community with very friendly staff. The classical ballet classes with Andrew Potter are perfect. I highly recommend it.

Negative experience: Extremely rude staff in this gym, I’m a member of the gym bought a 1 year pass signed up at a different location as I’m moving house but until then I was told I’m permitted to use this gym… I went in to talk to the woman as my pass stopped working she had then accused me of signing up at a different location to pay less money to come to a better gym which simply isn’t the case as im waiting for my house sale to complete so that I can move and the other gym I signed up at is actually slightly better (not that it makes a difference)… all I wanted to do was use the gym with the pass I’ve payed for with my own money for the whole year and I was demanded to pay £15 for a day pass which is absolutely ridiculous when I’m a member of the gym. Terrible customer service extremely rude and unhelpful I would avoid there’s plenty better gyms in the area with more equipment for a cheaper price. The people who attend the gym are actually quite friendly on the other hand probably the only saving grace of the gym and it’s quiet after about 8pm so perfect time to go.

Fantastic experience: Been coming to this gym for 5-6 months now and I’m really impressed, constantly upgrading to new equipment and have recently added loads of new equipment. Staff are extremely helpful, only thing they need now is a better working app. Super happy so far !

Fantastic experience: This gym has been opened less than a year! You would never guess, because the friendliness and personality of the staff is so consistent. I cannot sing their praises enough! Anything you need or wish to query, they are on hand (within staff hours) to assist you. The gym has been fitted out well with all the essential machines and has a decent free weights area too, with very large dumbbells too. There are two free squat racks and one smith machine. I really like the cable machines as they offer single and double resistance. There is also, pull up, dip bars and rings. The cardio machines are very good, with four treadmills, an elliptical, stair mill, a few rowing machines and ski pro. Overall, the gym is so clean and tidy; which is a huge selling point for me! There are toilets, showers and changing rooms. Also a space with hairdryer and straighteners too. Genuinely cannot recommend this gym enough!

Fantastic experience: Great gym in the centre of Leigh. The staff are super friendly, always helpful and kind. The showers and facilities in general are always clean and well looked after. They have a wide variety of classes with really good instructors and since they started opening at 5am, I haven't missed a day. I couldn't ask for more!

Fantastic experience: I joined AnytimeFitness Gym as soon as it opened, and the experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. Zoey & Tony’s dedication to creating a welcoming and motivating environment is truly commendable. From the moment you walk in, their enthusiasm is contagious, making each workout session enjoyable. Cassandra (the manager) goes above and beyond, providing great classes including HIT. As well as Sarai being extremely friendly, and making me feel welcomed. It's not just a gym; it's a family of supportive individuals committed to helping you achieve your goals. I can't recommend this Gym enough – PS best gym I’ve been to, ignore all negative reviews

Fantastic experience: UPDATED! Fantastic gym.... Especially as it now opens at 5am! I do wish there were a couple of spinning bikes. Spinning is so popular in fitness nowadays. I am baffled why they don't have at least two. Hopefully if enough people ask, they will think about it. But the staff are very friendly the gym and the gym is very well equipped!

Fantastic experience: To be honest I’m quite frankly disgusted by the recent reviews that have clearly been hijacked by some bitter and hurtful people to sabotage the owners business, Zoe and Tony couldn’t do enough for anytime fitness and there members, I have been involved in gyms for over 20 years and this is by far the best I have experienced seriously, thank you for all you do for Anytime fitness and the service you provide- I couldn’t be happier and I can assure anyone looking for a new gym you WONT be disappointed 10/10!!

Fantastic experience: Superb Gym. I spent 2 weeks in Leigh on Sea and used this Gym while there as I’m a member at another Anytime Gym. The owners are amazing and the place is immaculate and clean. They have done an amazing job with the gym since opening. Here’s to many years of success! Well done!

Fantastic experience: A good range of equipment and great staff. They even remembered my birthday and gave me a belated birthday present. Leigh has been screaming out for a decent gym and now we have one.

I'm really enjoying my time at the gym and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone starting out or those who are already regulars.

Negative experience: United we stand and all that! I am writing this review in support of the best PT in town He inspired & motivated me when I needed it most. Sad to hear yesterday he will no longer be working at Anytime. The treatment he has received from his boss is unacceptable. Us members loved this guy enthusiasm and I'm gutted he has gone. My reason for the low rating is I've lost a Personal trainer I really trusted, it would of been nice if he had the opportunity to finish his clients that had booked. My missus also does one of his classes & had a moan at the lady boss but she was quite dismissive. I've lost trust in this place.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! I’ve trained for 15+ years at more gyms than i can count and anytime fitness leigh has a welcoming, community feel driven by the super friendly owners (Tony & Zoey) and the vibrantly enthusiastic Sarai. Cas (the head PT) runs some great classes and has a wealth of experience with rehabilitation and mobility training — I’d recommend. The team Is the highlight for me, very friendly and welcoming and enthusiastic — a complete juxtaposition from the usual egotistical, cliquey staff I’ve come to expect. Cleanliness is top notch as is the equipment. The gym initially was a bit sparse of equipment when it opened , however after a member survey they brought lot of extra equipment and can happily proclaim it now has everything you need. Opening/closing hours are best in Leigh by a mile, the price is slightly Higher than comparable ‘24/7’ gyms however it makes for a full, yet not overburdened gym floor — which is great — and also means there aren’t classrooms Full of teenagers chatting by the bench press. From an experienced gym connoisseur, I’d Highly recommend. P.s I spend two Hours a day, six times a week at the gym And have never heard the gym owners shouting at staff — an unfounded, ludicrous statement — Tony and Zoey are the epitome Of polite professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic Gym opened up in a prime location in Leigh. Equipment is all brand new and the place is impeccably clean. Staff and owners are really friendly too and always on hand to help. Will be recommending to all my friends and family - ignore the bad reviews!

Fantastic experience: Where to start? The gym owners are incredibly friendly and supportive offering help for anyone who needs it and always trying their best to improve the already amazing gym. Has one of the best community out any gym I have been to. Would 100% recommend nothing bad to say at all!

Negative experience: I’m lost for words, the way staff are treated here is unbelievable. I could not believe what I witnessed whilst I trialed the gym, I will not be returning. Whilst refilling my bottle, I was approached by a friendly staff member who quickly burst into tears. Prior to this, silence filled the gym due to aggressive shouting coming out of the office shortly after the staff member was called in by a badly dressed short bald man who I later got told was the owner of the place ,which really disappointed me as I got the impression it was run well as the staff were incredibly helpful. After the incident I comforted the member of staff and they told me that the height challenged owner had a temper shorter than himself which has given him the nickname tiny temper. Apparently this is a regular occurrence and the owners believe it is acceptable to speak to staff this way. From speaking to staff/members, classes are regularly cancelled. Half the team have left after just 3 months of being open, I would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I went and used the this club today as it is apart of our multi club membership, it's a brand new club with top of the range precor fitness equipment and a good selection of free weights, the staff are really friendly and also we had the pleasure of meeting the owners today, thank you for a great experience and we thoroughly enjoyed training at Leigh on sea today, I would highly recommend this gym, really friendly atmosphere and team. ♥️
