Fantastic experience: Great gym great trainers can highly recommend the place

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for a few months and it's a great gym. The staff are very helpful and friendly and there is a good range of equipment. They have recently moved to a bigger premises with a carpark and added some more equipment, which has made the gym even better! I recently had some PT sessions with Roz, which were great for feeling better about using new equipment, lifting heavier weight and motivation in general.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly kind staff great atmosphere. They just opened up at anew location so they had a few pieces missing but they had everything you needed for a good work out. Talked with the owner and staff very helpful and ready to advise. They do a disabled event every year from donations. They also do classes every Monday. Good experience.

Fantastic experience: Really good range of equipment, in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Jay and Roz are really friendly and knowledgeable and are always happy to help. There are no contracts and you can pay monthly or per session. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Really good facility, nice and calm, clean and plenty of kit. The price you pay is only complimented by the intimate training advice you get. I've been training for year's and on the first session, the trainer carefully went through my routine, explained the pros and cons, and adapted things I already knew!! Also, I can pay when I turn up, and there are no CONTRACTS!!
