Positive experience: More attention needs to be paid to the cleanliness of bathrooms and toilets.

Positive experience: Came for a kids birthday party and when I visited the toilets they were grim, maybe some of the money they make in the gym could be put back into making the toilets presentable

Negative experience: Absolutely appalling experience at this leisure centre on Sunday the 5th October . During our visit, the fire alarm went off, forcing everyone, including my young children, to evacuate which would not have been a problem however We were left standing outside in the freezing cold for 30 minutes. What's worse, there was no manager, to provide guidance or reassurance. It later came to light that the manager was completely oblivious to the evacuation , apparently occupied in the toilet the entire time and left other staff members who were unequipped to reset the alarm to deal with it and fend for themselves as they had no clue where he was either. This level of negligence demonstrates a complete and utter disregard for customer safety I have zero confidence that the management on site is capable of handling an emergency effectively, and I will NEVER subject my kids to that risk again. The manager's excuse - that he couldn't hear the alarm from the toilet and therefore bears no responsibility is beyond insulting. It's a pathetic attempt to deflect blame and shows a shocking lack of accountability. I urge every parent to think twice before entrusting their children to this place.

Fantastic experience: As good as gyms get really. Amazing value, yoga classes with really decent instructors four days a week. At around £20 a month it's hard to beat. Really friendly, helpful staff and assistant dog friendly. Glass fronted work-out area with green views of the outside trees and grassed spaces. Quiet neighbourhood, easily accessible by bus. Love it

Fantastic experience: Just joined 3 weeks ago. I've done a few of morning classes.. zumba, legs bums, tums & body tone. Done one evening class Clubbercise, which was challenging as I've no coordination, but it was fun. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Nice experience so far.

Negative experience: It's in a rough area, the place is dirty. There is no air conditioning, so it is extremely hot inside the building. There are plenty of parking spaces on the side and disabled parking, though.

Negative experience: Very close to my house so registered myself for the gym but that receptionist old lady... OMG never experienced any receptionist like her. So rude and angry. Just submitting cancellation request because not a peaceful place for me. I'm so sorry

Fantastic experience: We hired party hall( fitness studio) at Moat house for my son’s 5th birthday along with bouncy castle and had a wonderful experience. The staff were amazing, special mention to Shaunna who was brilliant, she made the booking process so easy, showed us around and gave some tips for the set up. Also Maddison was really good who helped setting the room up. A big thank you to the both of you xx The room was massive, clean, airy, bright and the cherry on top was the little kitchen. The toilets were clean and there was ample of parking for the guests. It’s a great venue to celebrate special occasions and it is hard to find a party room this fabulous in Coventry to be very honest!

Negative experience: Hi everyone i have been playing badminton in moat house for past 4-5 months and im very disappointed about the staff behaviour is very rude especially the old Lady in front receptionist, she is very rude to everyone. Eveytime we do have patients to deal with her but again we can’t tolerate this behaviour of her. So management needs to seriously look into it. We come to play for entertainment, enjoy and moreover to have stress relief from job and to have fun. Behaviour like this is unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: Very nice environment. Very clean. Great pitches that are free to play on except if already booked by someone else. If there is a major football match going on most times you should be able to watch it there for free. It's just great.

Fantastic experience: i visited the gym this evening,after a long period away, iv had my membership a few months and never actually got throught the door,but today was the day,and I'm so glad i did.. the staff were so welcoming,Pete in the gym took time out to weigh me,and put me at ease,and when I came out Beth,and two other lovely ladies who's names i did not get, really made me feel comfortable,and welcome. when i entered the building ,one of the ladies who's names i didn't get,was dealing with a group of young girls,with big attitudes, she handled it so well, calmly,and professionally. I will definitely be returning, and just wanted to point out amazing customer service when it's given...well done team.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant place for classes such as boxercise, core, clubersize, circuits. The gym isn't the biggest but good selection of cardio equipment and machine weights. Staff are brilliant and really friendly.

Positive experience: Never used the indoor facilities but the 4G pitch was really decent. It was also incredibly busy. I've rated a 4* because the pitch seemed like a bit of a free for all while we were playing an organised 11 a side game, kids round the edges also playing football with the smaller goals resulting in them running onto the pitch a lot. Similar happened last time we played here too, it's a shame though as pitch and facilities on offer seem great, just needs a bit of extra policing when organised games are happening I think.

Positive experience: I was not expecting anything, and I was amazed with the staff members (very helpful and engaging). Variety of rooms for different events! Gym, is not massive. However, very clean, not crowded and with the necessary equipment. Well done for the community on this side of the city, they are well supported.

Fantastic experience: Reception, security and management were great In preventing the attempt to steal my motorbike while I was in a karate class inside. I left the bike in, what the police agreed, was probably the best place, directly outside the front doors, but still the local yobs caused a lot of damage. It was only the intervention of security that stopped them.

Positive experience: The gym is not the best in class but classes are quite good and it is worth for the membership amount.

Positive experience: In the car park the Roudabout pop up tent as part of the Belgrade theatre was really impressive inside and out. I watched Black Love and the sound effects were powerful. The staff at the leisure centre were friendly and it's a good venue to hang out even if you don't do sport or theatre.
